So very nice to have a little catch up with the LFA ladies! I know it’s hard when you have “little” interruptions but seeing those two little ones only adds to your podcast for me. Chelsea I am 100% in the same place as you with my kids! I have two kiddos almost the same age and I’m home with them too! ❤️ you are amazing! It’s the only thing I want to do too but it can be so hard!
I love , love, love your videos! Your life lessons were spot on! I often feel like I’m the only one that thinks like that so it was great to hear your point of view so similar to mine! The interruptions with the girls are precious! Makes me homesick for when my girls were that age. Someday you will want these days back! I keep my iPad in the kitchen (when I’m cooking etc I like the company when our birds get loud on goes the Beats). It’s a nice balance.

Sue, you need to do a brain dump....not exactly a list, but you write down everything that is crowding your brain. You can cross off the things that you do, but sometimes its just things that you don't want to forget. Works with things that are bothering you. I have a notebook, that I brain dump into in the mornings and it just makes me feel better even if I never get to anything that I write down. Laundry, snowstorm, someone's birthday - send a card, do we need milk? was the heater filter ever changed? how often do we need to change it. Just write till you begin to feel better.
