    Great work! I just got done welding in my new driver side full quarter, package tray and window filler panel on my 68 ss Chevelle. Now i have the same gap issues except my filler panel was slightly lower than my deck lid (original) was, but nothing a bottle jack couldn't handle.

    What brand of primer is that? I have 2 replacement doors for my '69 cutlass that has it. Can you paint top coat over it? You always do a good job, I have learned a lot.

      The primer I'm using is etching primer. I am going to sand all the etching primer off then use 2K epoxy primer. The panels came with E-coat primer. I am just going to scuff them up. I will 2K epoxy primer them. I'm not going to remove the E-coat

    Hey brother, if the tail panel isn't welded in yet jam it to the left alitlle get ya gap
