Hi Perpetual. I have a documented visit to mexico in 2021, and i have since returned, waiting for my tourist stay to expire. The only thing is that they phased out paper FFMs (paper tourist visas) at the Monterrey airport where i entered Mexico. Instead the authorities wrote the number of days and the end date of my stay into my passport. Given that i dont have a paper FFM, would that affect me at all when i go to apply for the regularization program that you're talking about?
Hi, I can’t give specific case by case advice through comments but if you book a call I can take a look into your situation and find a solution to get you your 4 year residency permit. Thanks
I have been married to a mexican woman for over 20 years. I have actually resided full time for over 30 years. I come and go to the u.s. a minimum of every 6 months. I am a veteran and my medical care is in Phoenix. My wife was deported over 10 years ago and I have not been able to have her accompany me. I am 81 yrs. Old. I live in Sinaloa and have not a visa for over 20 yrs. I always enter at night and there is no ins service available. I have never been asked for a visa. I travel by bus and enter in nogales. Would I be eligible for temporary residence?
