Hello Ma'am hope you'll read this- I have back pains very much...i had an awakening an year before but i was always so aware of myself from little age...as a teen, it was found that my spine has had movement in x ray...just a curve....and i was really struggling with svadistana chakra....as i was filled with unnecessary guilt, but now im in a journey guided by devi....and now ive submitted myself as a flower to her feets....ik everything will improve ....

Hi thanks for info.. i have back ache feels very much like period pain.. cramp and feels like a muscle has been pulled, muscles feel very lax especially on right side.. I am for sure in crown area just unwiund knot in my jaw, beautiful symptoms which come with it.. i know this is specific, is anyone else experiencing this... thank you 🙏💜

Avoid pain killers as much as possible. Take herbal or essential oil treatment to ease pain. Massage or acupuncture is better
