Automatic Packaging Line for Soft Goods

This is a fully automatic packaging machine for pillows, cushions, quilts, dog beds, apparel, and other soft goods. It is made up of a packaging machine (mod. EB-500) and a semi-automatic staking machine (mod. MP-400). In this particular configuration, the bagging machine is equipped with a tubular reel device, i.e., an unwinding module for the creation of the bag in line. The stacking machine helps the operator to manually stack 2 or more items for each bag, to save space and transport costs.
There are two other available bag configurations: bags with zip and the unwinding module for the creation of the bag in line.
