Foam Core Filler with Automatic Loader for Chair Pads

This is our semi-automatic solution to stuff foam cores into cushion covers. In this particular configuration the machine is equipped with a loader, which means only one operator is needed for the loading and stuffing process. The machine was specifically designed for and with IKEA to automate the process of stuffing polyurethane cores into IKEA chair pads mod. Justina with one main advantage: the cushions don’t require any reworking by the operator.
