No on cement silicon sealent will not work, you can fix wood board on cement wall first and then apply it...

Many of them commented that where do we get this mirror tile, in fact it is not tile it is mirror cut into diamond shape… you can goto any mirror shops and show them design they will guide you….
Moreover installation of the glass or the one who is pasting the glass is not a small job, it takes lot of time to install and if they missplace one piece whole design will be wasted… they have to install very carefully… we faced this issue in my house… we have it in 2 different places… they took almost more than a day to install. But design will be very good.

I think This is the wrong way to stick the glass on your direct wall.ye galat tarika hai kiuki direct wall pe kanch chipkana sahi nahi hai kiu glass chipkane ke liye plywood ya mdf ka istemal karna chaiye kiuki wall pe paint laga hota hai to uspe koi bhi chij long time tak nahi chipakti
