The Cinema Snob reviews Death Wish 3. - Krátké a kreslené filmy
"They killed the Giggler. They killed the GIGGLER!!"
"They had no business doing that. None."
I become the giggler when I've had too much to drink
Bronson played an architect... of death.
"Chicken is good. I like chicken."
A master of words, that Bronson
As laughable as the line is, he still manages to sell it
"I don't like mayonnaise!"
@@whenthemusicsover6028 i was making a sandwich..
Chicken is very popular in Bronson, Missouri.
Man eats chicken....
Man shoots 30 people, one with a rocket launcher...
Man eats dessert.
*Death Wish 3!!* \😹/
So, THAT'S what happened to Chuck Cunningham after he was disowned, disinherited, and erased from "Happy Days."
This wasn't a movie. It was a documentary of Charles Bronson being Bronson.
400KrispyKremes "Being Charles Bronson," starring Sylvester Stallone
You watch Razorfist? I pity you.
SassyPaddy I'm sorry, what?
I don't buy it. He didn't kill enough people for it to be real.
Edit: Never mind. It seems in deleted scenes he killed an additional 47 people, but that was left out to avoid a longer running time. My apologies.
400KrispyKremes A loud, vulgar, conservative-leaning CZcamsr. My parents are fans.
“The not-equal-to gang”! Ha! That one had me rolling
They turned Death Wish franchise into an action movie and... it went pretty well. One of my favorite movies ever.
The killfrenzy involving Bronson and tenant Shriker is utterly awesome, I was speechless after I watched it the first time. A cinema's masterpiece so far.
But...HE KILLED THE GIGGLER, MAN!
"I've got plan to save the neighborhood. I mail ordered a gun." Rich Evans
Haha, I am the extra in the background at 17:24 in Disco. Even if it is only 5 bucks Brad makes it worth being a patron.
Runtripfall the hell how'd you post this comment three days ago if the video came out tonight?
Pateron
Runtripfall He mail ordered DIABETES!
Runtripfall My favorite line in that RLM video.
Usually, when a horse kills someone, it’s assumed accidental. If that horse has a wanted poster, it’s almost certainly a serial killer.
Do they still electrocute horses? They once did with an elephant.
Its actually a wanted poster for Bad Horse the thoroughbred of sin
Maybe he’s wanted for questioning in the Phantom of the Opera case.
I thought it would be considered a Hay-t Crime :D
If that horse is outside after dark, Bronson is gonna shoot it anyway for being a gang member.
Death Wish 3 is like playing a video game with the God Mode cheat on. The difference is that Charles Bronson requires no cheat codes, cause he's Charles Bronson.
Legend has it that all cheat codes were made with his DNA somehow.
duckiedale: Even Chuck has colleagus.
Chuck Norris wears Charles Bronson pajamas.
Charles Bronson returns in: looking for an excuse to murder 3!
This whole movie reminds me of the cold opening in National Lampooon's Loaded Weapon 1, the convenience store scene.
Love that movie! Wow, based on its Rotten Tomato score I may be alone on that, haha.
J Dee Carter: With a capital W.
14:27 I had to laugh to myself imaging the look on the Jury's faces if Paul Kersey was on the witness stand and said "the punk stole my ice cream so I shot him in the back."
Watch the movie with your eyes open next time…. The Giggler stole his camera.
I was thinking the same thing!
Time for bed.
*Cinema Snob upload*
....who needs sleep?
same.
Yup
21:38 So THAT'S what movie that clip is from! I love that face Fraker makes there. That is the best "Oh shit!" face ever.
some gangs have tattoos. this gang has kindergarden fingerpaints on their forheads
And dumb haircuts. Seriously, the reverse mohawk that the leader has just looks stupid.
@@magnatcleo2043 He had a better haircut when he was in Willow
I fucking love this movie, not gonna lie.
It's one of my favorite ridiculous movies.
the last 20 minutes of the movie (AKA "World War stupid") are more like a video game than the actual DW3 video game!
Cannon made some batshit films.
The Death Wish 3 video game was one of my favourite games as a kid. I used to play it just to blow up grandmas' with a rocket launcher and watch them turn into dog food on screen!
Larry Bundy Jr oh Larry finding your comments always makes our day
Guru :)
Hello you
I don't care what anyone says. This movie is a fucking masterpiece.
If this and the Dirty Harry series were made today the studios would find some way to have them appear in a team up movie. It would probably be called Death Impact.
Don't say that, Hollywood might hear you and make that movie
With actors who look and act nothing like those characters.. Rated PG-13
@@1Hol1Tiger They would probably also be gender swapped. Can't have those men acting all manly now can we?
“Death Impact” sounds like a fantastic spoof movie on this genre.
@@NavySharkz I want to see gender swap of Charles Bronson and Clint Eastwood. I cannot even imagine who would play that.
Hey, Charles Bronson teamed up with Toshiro Mifune in Red Sun and it was kinda badass. They almost went with Clint Eastwood instead of Bronson but it would be awkward to have two Men with No Name in the same movie...
I heard that New York was rough in the 80s but why does that street gang look like they are from Escape from New York?
John O ́neil I don't know why 80s gangs are depicted as the tackiest dressers with pseudo cultist lifestyles.
Though I suppose its still better then the real life failure to pull up ones pants.
They remind me of the gang from The Exterminator 2 , where even the way the Italian mafia dress looks like the Godfather got slapped by a pimp.
And New York since the (first) oil crisis 1973, right?
And 80's gangs were always so racially diverse lol.
This was the most violent ending I've ever seen for a movie, and I love it!!!!
really? you've never seen The WIld Bunch than that movie is bloody as fuck for a western . check it out if you haven't seen it before
The Wild Bunch is top fucking tier. You have great taste.
Death Wish 3 is great too though. Not because of objective quality though; purely because its content is "problematic" and the tears are delicious.
You haven't watched a lot of Cinema Snob then. Children at Play?
@@BobExcalibur It's not at all problematic. The gang is multi-racial and they certainly look gay.
This is one of the greatest movies ever made.
I do love this film it's such over the top schlock it's glorious.
Stylisically it is stupid, but boy does it ever deliver the goods!
Agreed Chris. It knows what it is and isn't afraid to run wild with it.
One of the best movies ever made.
I guess he was making the neighborhood safe for the people who moved in after they shoveled away all the bodies.
This is one of the greatest film of all time!!!
This is so hilarious. I've been obsessed with this series ever since AMC introduced me to them in 2004 when I was in high school.
I knew of Charles Bronson from The Great Escape, but I had no clue he had starred in these strange ultra-violent 80s action movies. The movies ended up getting me into the entire 70s/80s b-movie/exploitation genre
This guy absolutely nails practically every hilarious moment and inconsistency in this one. The murderous horse! X-D
I especially like the reverse Mohawk. Or should I say "Moh-awkward"?
BELIEVE IT OR NOT I'M WALKING ON AIR, I NEVER THOUGHT I COULD FEEL SO FREEEEEEEEEE.
Nigel WHO COULD IT BEEEE
Death Wish 3 aka Grand Theft Auto Online: The Movie
Brad, you should totally give 10 to Midnight the Cinema Snob treatment soon. It's easily my favorite Charles Bronson flick.
GasmaskAvenger Fantastic movie. Probably the, quality-wise, best Bronson Cannon movie.
Warren Stacy, the retro-80s incel
"Death Wish 3" is like a Punisher's movie with the mood of Iron Man's movies or "Ragnarok"
agreed
This is my favorite of all the sequels. This is the type of over the top I love.
That's ok Brad...just give it 2 more years. You won't have anywhere to go anyway.
What we need is a series of Lloyd going out at nights to kill all the other cats in the area. "They were in his territory. That was their final mistake."
10:34 Was that Chiwetel Edjiofor? Now I know how Doctor Strange is gonna defeat Baron Mordo in Doctor Strange II: He's just gonna summon the spirit of Charles Bronson to shoot Mordo to death.
Love death wish 3. My favourite of the series just for how over the top the end is.
Brilliant review
First, nice Avenue Q reference. Second, Martin Balsam was in Psycho. He's too good for this. Third, I see Bill was up to no good before he moved to San Dimas.
10:57 tfw you're part of an unruly mob and all that you have at your disposal is a plunger.
I hope that Horse is behind bars Dude!
Paddy McManus He's glue, dude!
BoJack is still at large.
"Hey ma, how about some cookies?"
"No dice."
11:38 In case you forgot Charles Bronson was in the Magnificent Seven
Whenever I hear this Cinema Snob theme song, I can't help but think that Linkara's intro still rules supreme.
Looks like Star Fleet Commander Deana Troi time traveled, from the 24th century, to 1980’s New York City. Too bad she expired.
Mrs Rodriguez was played by Marina Sirtis, Troi from Star Trek, surprised Brad didn't make a reference
he stated he had no idea what TNG was
Your Charles Bronson impression still is the greatest ^^
9:01 Charlie, the Sol of Death Wish victims.
I'M DA LAAAAAWWWW! Where's Dredd in this?!
sommer camp "You are the Lawn???"
I am the Braaauuun
Judge Dredd decided the violence was just too gratuitous for him to want to get involved.
I like to think Death Wish is canon to Judge Dredd, with Charles Bronson being the inspiration for the Judges.
I AM THE LOL
So this movie's climax is the result of what happens when you give teachers guns! Well done, Death Wish 3. You predicted future events.
no its what happens when you let gun control remove guns from the law abiding.
Who needs NRA TV when you can play this movie on repeat and get the same effect...lmao
Besides the dumb unequal sign they had drawn on their foreheads, the gang looked pretty cool. Like double dragon enemies, a weird mixture of a bunch of random elements. The gang is totally multi ethnic, too.
Now you have to review Murphy's Law. That's a good one.
i've seen that one it's a decent one but not one of his best. though not his worst either, at least that one is watchable unlike Chato's Land or Chino those films are just fucking awful and it's painful to watch on how shitty those films are.
The cool poster behind him makes it look like he has a golden afro ;)
Keep rocking, great vids!
Just mentioning Mitchell made me laugh for like 5 minutes 😂
You reminded me of "Batteries not Included"
I shall re-watch that awesomeness!!
This movie is from 1985, but it looks like 1975.
i think you just forgot what 1985 looked loke
It could pass as 1981, not 1975.
@@RA-VEN8 Still looks closer to the 70s than 1985.
How do you know it doesn't look like 2035? Mark my words, this movie is a vision of our future.
04:41 Jail. (He's Back!)
Raymond Gallant THE MAN BEHIND THE MASK !
AND HE"S OUT OF CONTROL!
You know, I was just wishing you had a Death Wish 3 review when I watched your review of the second one. Looks like my wish has been granted.
Omg snob reviewing one of my favorite movies of all time/one of THE best movies of all time?! Thank youuuuuuuuuuu
9:53 - nice "Avenue Q" reference!
That was..weird. Even for a Charles Bronson vigilante movie, that was weird. While the second felt like having a somewhat shoehorned-in plot, this was too forced on every single level. I did enjoy seeing some real explosions, though; after all the CG crap in movies of the past decade, this was rather refreshing.
Also, a new series being shot in Snob's quarters? Intriguing....
8:46, awesome a "freaked" reference! watch a classic people, Randy Quade and Mr. T are excellent in it. you heard it right, I didn't just have an anurism there
Is it bad that every time I hear the words "the gang" I can't help but thing of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia? This review was a bit confusing for me as a result. I may have a problem.
Samantha Port I want to see the always sunny gang vs Charles Bronson, like one their schemes accidentally kills one of Bronson's loved ones and now he's hunting them down one by one but cricket keeps getting in the way of the bullets
YoDa BaKi You do you, Cricket. You do you.
On the next It's Always Sunny, The Gang Gets a Death Wish.
Thanks, Brad. Now I want a Death Wish/ Zombie crossover.
What?! I thought for sure all the murdered gang members and senior citizens would come back as zombies, as Charles slowly walks out of town.
And then Charles would come back to kill all of the zombies in Death Wish 6: Zombies 0
I said at the time that the film needed the charisma of Charles Bronson to sell an increasingly thin premise. But Bronson just seemed bored as heck for most of this.
I've never seen this movie, but holy fuck it looks awesome.
The fact that you like Avenue Q and made a reference to it in this review makes me very happy.
Oooh, early early morning upload. (or unlock for non-patrons I guess)
21:08 And then he went off to go direct Ben Ten Race Against Time.
This whole movie series is like a live action Streets Of Rage.
New show you say? color me intrigued.
Finally, I can watch "Will It Fit" unrated!
I just found your channel about a week ago , I gotta say I was* feeling kind of blue due to the Holidays coming up and I was surfing CZcams for something funny or just plain fun to watch .. I came across your channel again and found these *DeathWish Bronson* videos ... I have never laughed my ass of so friggin' hard before in my life !!!!! I have to ask you *PLEASE* do more of these on *Bronson* , I am huge fan of Bronson films ad this just knocked my socks off with laughter -- thanks for making my sad blue Holidays fun as hell again !!!! I subscribed !! Thanks for being so cool !!!
Holy shit! What was with that finale!? Was this movie originally supposed to be The Purge?
you must watch and you would want Wildey to be your friend after
Glorious, wasn't it?
More like reverse purge, since the gang are the ones getting mowed down like overgrown grass.
So I guess Harry Brown is basically a British adaptation of this movie. Huh.
13:22-Two different guns. .44 Automag in Sudden Impact, .475 Wildey Magnum in this one.
They look close enough, even when they are mechanically very different.
Truthfully, I like Death Wish 3 & Death Wish 4 better than the others. BTW: You should do a review of Death Wish 4: The Crackdown.
The final 20 mins of this film are an NRA members wet dream
no its like a video game in particular a on rails shooter like you used to have at the arcades.
I tihnk both of y'all are probably right.
You say that like it's a negative thing...
Darkwing Dude Considering the NRA are fucking crazy, yeah, kinda is.
Wake me when NRA members become the majority demographic for gun crime.
I love the cinema snob! It's like getting info from a funny super villain!
More like a pretentious ass super villain…
This is one of my favorite movies. It's so over the top(also a cannon film btw), it's fucking hilarious
I just spent the better part of four hours watching a celebration of Hollywood cinema at its most ambitious.
Now I'm gonna watch a review of Death Wish 3. :)
People actually watch the Oscars still? Dude it's all just a joke
I knew there would be a reference to Mitchell, I just knew it!
Now we need an actual Death Wish/Mitchell crossover. :p
Nice to have some Charles Bronson on here, what with the remake getting slammed by critics. The original "Death Wish" from 1974 was a classic, barely cared for any of the sequels. This one I would say is the better of the sequels, mostly for its grandiose finale with the Neighborhood going to war. But the story is really uneven with it's tone and most of the "Behind the Scenes" stuff, in particular when you brought up Alex Winter's less then flattering words about the late Michael Winner, as well as a story from "Electric Boogaloo:The Wild, Untold Story of Cannon Films" and an IMDB Trivia on it, the Actress who played Mrs.Rodriguez, Marina Sirtis, was filming her rape scene in a cold garage and the Director refused to let her sit up, to make matters worse for the Actress, the Director of photography tried to put a coat on her naked body and Winner lashed out at him because he was trying to light up the scene, I'd say this must've been the most difficult of the "Death Wish" movies to make. Great episode as always.
8:36 That’s that “I really just said that line” face.
8:37 Also Deanna Troi? What are you doing in this?
lol just watched this thru netflix DVD for like the 3rd time. One of the best endings ever.
1:21 Wow I didn’t know Bill Preston Esq had a dark past before meeting Ted Logan.
Am I the only one who thought the police chief would turn out to be the real villain?
g-viral Not really. Seriously the way he obviously showcase his disregard with police procedurals makes me think he was going to be the leader of another gang who is using Paul to undermine the efforts of the main gang.
Boy have they missed out on a good plot in this movie.
My thoughts exactly
This film is subversive in how it plays everything completely straight. The Police Chief being complicit in Kersey's vigilantism is not a sign of moral bankruptcy, but a sign that under pressure he will join in on the rampage of violence to defend the neighborhood.
There is no third act twist. There is only righteous murder.
Imagine a modern film with that kind of moral arc. It doesn't happen.
BobExcalibur Actually there is a modern movie like that. Its called Death Note (2017).
Japan doesn't have a PC brigade, and Netflix are completely incompetent. Case in point: Full Metal Alchemist (2018).
"According to Alex Winter, Charles Bronson had a jaguar that would drive him from his dressing room to the set ..." Wait, Charles Bronson had a jaguar as a driver? Was this Toonces the Driving cat's dad? Is this in the same universe as Beastmaster? WHY ISN'T THIS A MOVIE?
czcams.com/video/5fvsItXYgzk/video.html
Ok I'm pretty sure 11:35 is now my favorite moment and reaction in any Snob review. The fuck was that lol. And that goddamn soundtrack.
Charles Bronson looks like he just wants to go back to Bronson Missouri
That’s Branson Missouri.
Snob after midnight
22:35 Also made them safe with making an adaptation (in name only) of Death Sentence, the sequel to the original novel, and The Brave One, a loose remake of Death Wish. Both came out in 2007.
That's a very cool thumbnail. I thought it was a very surreal scene.
I'm watching in shock, as positive imdb reviews for an ACTUALLY vigilantism-glorifiing, idiotic deathwish remake, roll in. Thank you for this, it was much needed.
The best Death Wish movie
This was the most phoned-in vigilantly movie ever made!
After checking out just some of the Oscars, and their intolerable pre-shows and red carpet interviews and whatnot, I needed an _actual_ Cinema Snob and a _real movie_ to cleanse the palette; remind me of the magic movies can have. Thank you, Brad :D
Oh come on. Guillermo del Toro finally got some much needed Oscar gold last night just on the basis of being Guillermo del Toro. Really looking forward to his first post-Oscar win work.
I'd love to see him do a review of Invasion U.S.A. makes this movie seem tame.
Darth Necrosis IT'S TIIIME...
