Iâm sorry but two of the dancers were participants of Lizzoâs search for back ground dancers where she specifically wanted big girls with high stamina. The girl with the bigger hair started the competition doing acrobatic and trained dancing, and watching the recent video talking about fat shaming she physically looked as if she was unable to do the same thing in which she was fired for. Thatâs not fat shaming thatâs remaining the same expectations you set when you first started. Another thing is why did she audition for season 2 off Lizzoâs competition show? Another thing is they said the girls who were cool with going to the sex shows were able to fly in Lizzoâs private jet, they were able to go on vacations, and they could always be around Lizzo, but the ones who wasnât into it stayed in the hotel, had to fly commercial, and didnât get much time with Lizzo đ€ is that sexual harassment or were your feelings hurt? Did Lizzo say touch them or youâre fired, or was it girl have a drink letâs have a good time, or did you want to be in her circle so bad you stated? Which one is it because diverting ainât right
@MsFunky is right. It is okay if people don't like you. Disliking someone is not a crime. You cannot force anyone to like you, nor should you change who you are to make them like you. Just move on and continue being yourself.
Trust me, you will meet people who cannot get enough of you let alone like you. I like and compliment people I know don't like me, but I don't hang around them out of respect for their feelings. I do not determine my feelings about people based on how they feel about me.
If there is something about them I like then I like them, period. I don't care whether they like me or not. That also works in reverse. I love who I am, and I know I do not do or say anything to hurt anyone. Thusly, I will never change who I am just to fit in with anyone or people who do not like me.

This is why people dont speak out, we are already labelling them disgruntled employees because Lizzo is a star and the one with money and clout. And I know cases like these are hard to prove even for the common man in the workplace. Assalt is assault and everyones trauma from what they experience should be respected. I believe these dancers and they deserve compensation for however they were injured. Apropos, three people can definitely lie, absolutely! I have defended people who were lied on by far more than three people. In some cases, 10+ people lied on one person, and it took only one person to come clean to get the rest to come clean.
People lie all of the time and will get others to lie with them. There is a reason our laws include "a person is innocent until proven guilty." Although everyone does not adhere to that law, I do. Moreover, I try to obey GOD's Commandments, too, ("Do not bear false witness...").

The term "I don't believe *it or this*" means one does not believe the situation or what is being said for many different reasons. The term "I don't believe *you*", might mean "you are lying", but that is also contingent upon the person who is saying it.

Her response was surprising to me and this was before she had dancers. But, like Al said, âSometimes the abused become the abuserâs.â Everyone doesnât heal the same from trauma. Also, as a professional boss or supervise I think favoritism can create dissension to the other employeeâs when itâs blatantly displayed. @ GailBecker Iâm calling 𧹠cap on your comment, you were adversely affected by being teased for being underweight, otherwise it wouldnât have stuck with you. And to Qâs point, I think the weight shaming allegations are probably true but thereâs some context missing.
That said, I could totally see Lizzo chastising her dancers for gaining weight if it meant that stamina was loss or would be affected in the process. And also itâs justified from a business standpoint if heavier dancers raised budgetary concerns, meaning Lizzoâs team had to incur the added cost for investing in new dance uniforms to accommodate her weight gain.
I was always really skinny most of my life and people's comments did nother me until the past few years I've gained weight and now people comment on my weight gain, I realized that people will talk regardless so to hell with the opinions of others!

The preferential treatment part of the allegation concerns me because itâs super subjective. Even the lawyer looked at her sideways for bringing that up. I think a lot of us tend to overlook the fact that we have an undeveloped 6th sense, intuition. And that said intuition can perceive when a person is being disingenuous.
That said, the fact that these young ladies essentially snitched and turned on Lizzo for the sake of having a lawsuit to me meant, that she probably sensed a rat and also that these women werenât genuinely her friends, which put Lizzo on the defensive. On one hand funky is right because an artist firing a dancer because they donât LIKE them and donât want them on tour doesnât sound crazy to me. Where I have a problem is the alleged sexual misconduct. For one, not wanting to enthusiastically participate in off the clock sexual activities in strip clubs and nude cabarets should not be a factor in deciding how much you LIKE an employee and if what was said about the strip clubs is true, it wouldnât surprise me if the dancersâ energy changed dramatically after those occurrences, and if they started looking at everything differently. You could say âwell they shouldâve just quitâ or âthey couldâve just leftâ but if itâs true, Iâm still glad theyâre coming out and doing all of this because Lizzo needs to know that putting someone in a sexually uncomfortable position is NOT OK. Even if itâs just with friends⊠you wouldnât start a group chant to pressure a friend to sexually engage with a stripper after theyâve already said NO and are showing reluctance. Itâs fkn creepy, especially given the fact that they were doing this to the girl that they found out was a virgin. Idc if âoh she shouldâve said noâ because that doesnât change the fact thatâs itâs nasty af to do that to someone in the first place. If itâs true, hopefully this will teach Lizzo how to act because if it was a man doing that to his female employees in a strip club we would be calling that behavior what it is: disgusting.

Funky hates fat people deeply and this has been his stance. How do you prescribe a body standard to the entire human race by saying "being fat/thin is not ideal under any circumstance".
