Great video Thank you for sharing ,bring back some memories when we went to the Lopesan back in November 2023 😀 we had a great time in pc!❤️🇩🇴
Thanks! Glad to hear you had fun :)
Thank you for the information. I’m going there in two days. Very excited.!!!
Thank you for sharing that wonderful hotel review! Your review played a significant role in our decision to book, and we’re eagerly looking forward to our stay. Safe travels! 🌴🌞
Happy to hear, enjoy your time there! 😊
hey great vlog THANKS!
Right?!!! If she maintains consistency, she has the potential to become a successful CZcamsr.😊
amazing video
Was there January 2020 we loved it... Would definitely go back 👍 we have the swim out... I can just imagine what it costs now 😬
I would definitely go back too 😀
How was the food? Was it tastless / bland? Any recommendations for lunch and dinner andperhaps snacks?
Anything to stay away from?
I thought the food was good! Not amazing, but not bad either.
Some restaurant dishes were hit or miss, but there’s a lot of options so you can order another dish if you’re not content.
I would just go to the buffets/restaurants. I wasn’t a fan of the steakhouse, but more so due to my diet.
I came into this with little food expectations. I was in it more for the pool, beach, and good weather :)
Hi, your video was really informative. But I do have a couple of questions if you don't mind. Is it really necessary to make a reservation at the restaurants, or can you just walk in and wait for a table. Also, the Dominican Republic is somewhat known for not having the best water to drink. Did you have any issues with this on your trip?
I definitely recommend making reservations! You can try to test your luck and walk in, but I saw some people try that and got turned away due to no availability. Also, we never had a problem with water as we always drank bottled water.
@@lavylau Did you ever venture outside the resort? If so, is there anything close by worth checking out?
@@ryanwhite2606 other than the excursion, we did take a ride to “downtown” Punta Cana which was nothing special
Do they have nightly shows?
How's the entertainment during the day?
They have both night/day entertainment. The vibe felt very chill and lowkey to me.
I’ve booked this hotel for next year the only issue I see from most of the videos I’ve seen is that the place looks dead…is it boring or is there enough to do to keep you entertained?
I would say it’s a chill resort that’s best for relaxing and enjoying the warm weather. It does not have a party vibe, but there are things like shows, bars, casino, events..
We just got back and imo the place looks as good as the videos you see but the food everywhere is made to look fancy but its very cheap tasting. The drinks are mid. The ice cream was cheap tasting. I had better food on a carnival cruise but the atmosphere, beach, pools and pretty much all the infrastructure was amazing! We came because it was supposed to have the best food. And it may have the best food but it wasn’t great at all. We couldn’t even go to the steak house but I assume the steak was a cheap cut like the steak we had everywhere else. If you aren’t a foodie you will love it.
This is the worst place and experience…. Do not consider booking at this resort unless you want to be frustrated and disappointed.
Why ? genuinely asking cause i’m going this July
@@alexandrasalcedo5275 I’ll gladly explain why. One of my good friends weddings was booked here last week and invited over 80 people and we couldn’t even go through with the full wedding because the groom and 15+ other people from the group got food poisoning due to Salmonella…. Lopesan is a disgrace and you will waste your time and money and the staff and management is rude as hell. The entertainment and “beauty” as advertised is also bs. The casino is literally a room. The engineering of the building is horrendous as it rained pretty bad and the water was coming through the building, rooms and the sewer system must have risen up and smelled like straight S**t… for a “5 star hotel” it’s a damn scam. All those great reviews they have are bot created so I can see why they’re still open due to so many false “great reviews” and propel continuing to book. Put it this way. I was so happy to be back at the airport and arrive back home. Coming back home felt more of a vacation than staying at the shitty ass place to be nice. To add the cherry to the top, WHEN you get sick because it’s inevitable eating there, you will then have to go to the hospital and pay $1,500+ to be seen as it happened to 2 of our friends. Which the Lopesan management team held no accountability on it and said that we as a group brought the disease. I hope this truly helps on you cancelling on them and saving your money and time.
I just came back from here wasn’t a problem at all or anything to fault I was there for 11 nights all inclusive
Not sure why it was a bad experience for this one or if it’s a personal thing but I couldn’t fault anything
You have to elaborate after saying something like that...
@@TheStackBoy24sevjust do your research and you’ll see how much of a scam this place is. Real reviews will tell you the truth…. Not these AI generated reviews that the hotel does or the guest that they force to do lol. Place is a joke and it’s a shame cause it has a lot of potential but the staff is horrible, the food is the worse I’ve probably had (not exaggerating one bit), also and invitation for salmonella and food poising. Entertainment sucks and the management team is horrible as well. Go ahead and book if you don’t believe me. You’ll 100% be back at this comment saying “You were right”.
