I loved the design and finishes of the unit. I was disappointed with how low the ceilings were in the bedroom, especially when you contrast with the living area at 16 feet.

Oh Yeah, I dig this!!! Wow this was the gym??? Crazy!!! I see they made sure you took your shoes off🤣🤣. Never had black toilet paper ( Hey whatever keep ya clean right?😉😉) That kitchen is really set up nice; love the way it fits and flows into the front room, everything just flows seamlessly throught the property. Nothing like that good ol natural light! Well Done My Friend!!!

I really like the design and layout. The ceilings of the rooms may be low but enough for average asians like my family. 😆 The only issue I have is the exposed water closet. I want it to have a room of its own with a door. Nevertheless, it’s still a great tour. 💜

@@indirastep319 It’s in Lincoln Park, everything is updated and move in ready. It has 3 beds and 3.5 baths. They’re getting over 750k for this spot.
@@DailyRants89 Maybe they will! I would never pay more than that though. Saying this is 3 bedrooms is a stretch -- one of them is interior facing with no exterior windows. Basically a loft. Ceilings are low in other bedrooms. No outdoor space (critical for buyers post-Covid). Finishes are all man made, not luxury like marble, etc. There are much better places on the market in Chicago for less than $750K!
Many features are not my taste. Powder room way too dark with the black walls. Not for me. I don’t like stacked wash machine & dryer. Again not for me. I’d rather have my Colorado home in the country! I think it is unique that a school was converted to a home. Love the light fixtures.

The home is beautiful, I love the large windows, truth be told its actually beautiful 👀 seen in each room shown by the attached 🎥 video housing/apartment show; but, to be honest, I don't like the fact that the advertiser says you at times isn't fair to say as if he talking about me that's just 👀 watching the 🎥 video; and are not 👀 watching the housing 🎥 show to buy, being also that I can't afford and or I don't refer myself to be him nor other people that's unfairly saying you and or we as if they saying to be me is unfair of political talk that I am against; and really ought not have to hear such talk being that I honestly just clicked on the 🎥 video of housing/apartment show to see the beauty of not to hear the made-up words of sign language being said unfairly as political talk.

The design of this home is too safe -- no risk taking. It will likely appeal to the masses because it lacks personality, depth and character. "Design a home some will love, not everyone will like". It looks like corporate housing. And can we please stop using fake man made materials that try to replicate the look of real natural materials if we're going to use luxury in the description. Those are not luxury materials -- they are cheap. This type of design would only fly in a midwest city like Chicago. You should go tour homes in NYC, New Orleans, San Francisco, etc.
I’ve been watching interior design for years this house is one of the most stunning interior I’ve seen. It’s very well balanced like an art, the colors, the calmness, the details. I don’t like too much going on in interior design. The beauty is in simplicity, I love this house and it took my breath away. This is the Zen house I’m looking for myself.
The only thing that is missing in that apartment are 🌸🌼 and 🌿.
As someone who loves symmetrical minimalism in my home and surroundings, this is my personal dream home. It’s exquisite.

Beautiful but looks so commercial. Clinical. Too perfect, no color, no personality. I like the picture wall going upstairs. But even the photos look like they were purchased at Marshall’s or Hallmark or Target. Looks like a huge gymnasium converted into someone’s “ideal” but not my taste as a cozy place to live in a cold climate. Too perfectly “done” as you say. Who lives like that? Robots! Lmao black matte toilet paper, for arseholes!
