I love Spencer. His approach is simple but effective and fun for littles. Please share how you liked the fairy tale set of the letters. I just ordered my own and his decodable books. I have bob books but I liked that his books progressively get harder and are engaging for the kid as you as the question that he has on the back cover. He does a good job trying to cultivate relationship and connection with his things.

We go to the Great Homeschool Convention every year in Austin at the Kalahari. The first night is always the CRAZIEST bc of the free shopping night. It thins out throughout the weekend. We love that particular one bc my kiddos spend the whole day at the water park with their grandparents while I spend the whole day at the Convention. It's great! It's my favorite weekend of the year. And I come back so jazzed and ready to start the new school year.
Girl that’s awesome! I WISH I had someone to watch the kids while I shop😩😂 My Husband forgot the stroller, so he had to stay in the car with the baby🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️ talk about a stressful first time.
You really can’t go wrong with TGTB. I felt it was needing more spelling, so I just bought a spelling resource. But I didn’t go change my whole LA curriculum. TGTB is pretty solid

We’re using •TGTB LA for both •TGTB Math 1 •Teaching Textbooks (4th grade online math) •Spelling You See •Fields & Flowers •History using picture books (found this on Teachers pay teachers) •Reading Comprehension books •TGTB handwriting •Dictionary copy work (I pick 3 words)

@@Tiguenation Your doing great. Just don’t compare yourself to anyone else. I regret trying to keep up with other homeschool families when I was younger and doing curriculum that others loved but we hated because I was afraid to try something else. You know your kids. However when you do find something that works stick with it . The only other thing is relax and really enjoy the younger years they go by so fast!

@@Tiguenation Aww!! Yes we have always homeschooled. I have a 7, 3 and 1 year old . My son’s favorite support is math. We used Tgtb little fields for science this year . Great curriculum!

@@Tiguenation yes he in enjoy it a lot. We do reading eggs 1st grade and mathseeds 2nd grade. He loves it. He did all reading eggs K and mathseeds k & 1 workbooks plus app. He even like when I print more worksheets on the app.

My son always done reading eggs and mathseeds with workbooks and app. You can print worksheets from the app , too.
