HOMEMADE ZONGO STEW

Hausa stew is not complex , it just takes long to cook. Hours of frying , so psych your minds! But I guess it’s really worth it

-Ginger
-Garlic
-Rosemary
-Star Anise
-Cloves , Grains of selim( Hw3ntia, P3pr3)
-Water
OTHER INGREDIENTS
-7-9 Large onions
-Tomatoes & Red Bel peppers
-Oil
-Meat of choice
-Meat seasoning (beef and seasoning cube )
Stew seasoning
-dawadawa powder
-ginger and garlic powder
-nutmeg
-Chicken seasoning

Please do better than ‘a lot of it’ as a means of measurement. Count the vegetables, pour your herbs and spices into spoons so we know how much you’re actually using as this is a tutorial
