there was a difference between Maradona's hand of god and Englands ghost goal because England ended the match 4-2, if the goal did not count the score would have been 3-2 I know it did not cross the line but if England played to the whistle it was an open net for an England player so he could've scored and the semi-final Argentina vs England when Maradona handballed it would have been 1-1 leading it to get England a chance to two stars so Maradona says it's fair that he can cheat if England cheats but he needs to reword I think but if anyone knows anything else please tell me because I just looked at goal-line technology and there are a lot of fake pictures that the ball crossed the line made by England fans which was just a drawing.

I remembered maradona goal the hand of god in 1978 , but you forgot the 2010 world cup they were not one , but 2 hand of gods .
The first hand of god was luis Fabiano 2nd goal ( the match against Ivory coast ) where he scored and handled not once, but twice and after the goal was scored the ref went to him to ask "did you touch it " and Fabiano replied "no" and move on.
The second hand of god was defensive , when luis suarez stopped the deceisive chance from ghana with his hand to led them through to the semi final for the first time.
Even oh my goal accepts that Real Madrid's penalties are due to referees.
