I've always found J-Hope's deep, raspy voice lovely but the way he put so much emotion into the song always leaves me awestruck. The moves in BME are mostly linked together and keep coming in fast and hard, you certainly have to be more detailed in ten seconds. And Hobi just slayed it! J-Hope is A Killer Dancer. He is a phenomenal dancer and all of ARMY knows it.

My favorite thing about Hobi's dance is how in control he is of every part of his body, he can make individual parts of his body move in any way, at the same time, like how his arms are expressing his gracefulness, but at the same time his waist, hips, and legs are coming at you with brutality almost with how sharp they move. It's amazing. He really is the Golden Hyung 💖💖💖💖
RM often says J-Hope is like a second leader. He says that J-Hope is in charge of all the stage performances and lets him take over as leader during those times. People often don't give Hobi the proper credit he deserves. Put some R-E-S-P-E-K on his name when you shout out J-HOOOOOOOOOOPPPPPEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!
And don't forget, Hobi is also dance captain and regularly leads dance practices. He's responsible for so much of how they look on stage and people just don't know...

I so love J-hope appreciation videos like this. I had witnessed couple of times solo stans discrediting Hobi to praise their biases saying he's "only" good at hiphop. Like for real bruh?! Adam's face in the beginning - BRUH. I was wheezing. That's the look you have when you know your bro's about to be bias-wrecked. J-Hope comes for pretty much everyone in this song/video. I think it's a must-see for any ARMY, and I'm so glad y'all got to see the dance practice too. You get to see how much work Hobi puts into the performance, how difficult all of it is. It's different from the usual BTS dance practice videos. Definitely put the 2016 MMA performance on your list, because J-Hope and Jimin dance to a remixed mashup of "Boy Meets Evil" and "Lie", and it's just the most beautiful thing.

I'm so glad to see y'all appreciate this so much. Many ppl don't understand how difficult this choreo is and how much versatility it required. You had influences from hip hop and modern dance as well as voguing and martial arts elements (the butterfly kick and the macaco - both but especially the latter requiring discipline, precision, body control and a lot of core strength. If u execute that macaco badly, you can hurt various parts of urself pretty bad depending on the mistake)
And beyond the choreo, which jhope executed perfectly, with immense body control but also so much emotion at the same time, jhope also wrote this song's lyrics and produced it. One of my favorite tracks for sure.

J-Hope is the personification of a showman! When he is performing he seems to connect in a way that makes him shine! I love that you watched the practice. I feel that there are moves that can be missed in the videos because of camera moves. In the practice it just shows it all. What a GREAT reaction!
When I say J-hope is my bais for life he is. I love BTS with all of my heart every member Is special but j-hope is on another level to me. People really sleep on him and that makes me sad because he put his heart and soul in to his music, dance and Army. He had to become more positive so he could live up to the responsibility his name carried and so he could give others people hope. What I love is that all of BTS put so much passion into every single thing they do. Like when those lyrics were written, I was there for that heartache or I was there when they found that love. The passion in their dancing, singing, rapping, I FEEL that! And this video, Hobi had me from that first step. I went through it WITH him.
