Cyber City 2 realty or a marketing gimmick by brokers in Gurgaon?

    In this video, we are discussing how many brokers on SPR Road and in New Gurgaon add to their sales pitch by stating that in the future, DLF is going to build its Cyber City 2 here. As you all know, there is already one Cyber City by DLF. Now, brokers are saying that Cyber City 2 will be coming here. In today's video, I have attempted to compare the last Cyber City with Cyber City 2 so that we can get an idea of whether a Cyber City is really coming here in the future or not.

    DLF Cyber City is a commercial area in Gurugram, Haryana, India, which was opened in 2003. The area is home to several top IT and Fortune 500 company offices.[1] The area has been termed a "futuristic commercial hub"[2] and is considered one of the largest hubs of IT activity in Delhi NCR. Cyber City lies near Udyog Vihar, which is a conventional industrial area on the opposite side of NH-48.

      Sector 76 to 79 has good potential because big builders new launch and these and low density sector
      So they have good potential and will definitely appreciate rate.. SG golf green affordable is good project...our vaise bhi sir affordable to sare hi achche hote hai bas mil Jaye to.. Mahira jaisa hal na ho bas 😉

      Bilkul.. apko pata hai 40 % rental unit in vatika sector 82 / 83 are filled with current udyog vihar and cc 1 employees , to sg 92 to within radius ata hai..

    Ek sawaal ka Jawaab toh do? Agar Cybercity 1 banne mein 10 saal lage the jo 116 Acre ka hai...toh yeh jo claimed Cybercity 2 hai jo 1000 Acre ka hia woh bhi 10 saal mein bann jayega??? Kuch toh correlation hona chahiye!

      Sahi analysis hai apka , but mene to bola hai ki 10 sal bad start hoga Banna and definition itna bada development ek sath koi nahi karne wala nahi to builder ki inventory over supply ho jayegi fir na use sale karne par rate milega na hi rent.. so it will develop and deliver in phases

      Studio appartment - 20k to 22k PSF

      @@tarunpandita4263 23 and 24 sector are old sectors I am not expert of them I look new sectors only.. you can contact location broker for there rate and feedback.. if you want nearest sector from upcoming cyber City you can look for sector 79 / 36 ( there has pyramid and AVL builder project
