Thank you! On E70/71 Facelift when the car is scanned with cracked ista with k+dcan cable chances are that the FRM module to get bricked. All lights, windows and what FRM controls they will no longer work.

Also, if your car has a faulty bulb and the warning comes on number of times 100 I think, the frm bricks. And you have to reset the counter this way
Hello! I just tried to fix my disfunctional FRM module but when I try to read D-Flash I only get 0X0: with absolutely nothing after this. It's only 0X0 and the rest is empty. Do you know what I am doing wrong? I am using Xprog 5.84. Thanks.
Check your connections and make sure you select the right processor type.
@@e.daniel I have the good processor type. Is there a way I can test the connections with a multimeter? I really doubt it's the connections since I can read the EEProm of the FRM.

Unfortunately not, but you can try "Tool32" with which I did the FRM reset short on BMW

@@rodrigobaranda1046 sometime dflash is corrupted so can’t be read and you need to write from another frm with the same part number
xprog v5.55 will it work on the frm3?
