    NUNA TRVL vs. TRIV
    Despite their similar sounding names and look, the TRIV and TRVL bring different benefits to parents looking for a compact stroller for everyday use or travel.
    The newest TRVL model has a self-folding frame, adapts to Nuna PIPA car seats without need for an adapter, and comes with its own lightweight carry bag.
    The TRIV offers more benefits for everyday or newborn use, like a removable and reversible seat, bassinet or carseat compatibility, and larger tires, as well as lux features like extendable sun canopy, mesh seat back, and additional storage.
    In this video we'll compare what sets these strollers apart and help determine if the TRVL or TRIV is best for your needs.

    In regards to the fold on the Nuna Triv, I noticed in some consumer videos the backrest folds all the way down to the ground before you lift up on the handle to close it. But in this video and in the store demo I tested it and the backrest only goes down halfway. Can you please explain which way is the correct way and why does it do that? Thank you.

      @Strolleria  Před rokem +1

      Great question! Both are right, just an older vs. newer model - the most current TRIV model has a backrest that doesn't fold as far forward as previous models did. The steps to fold are the same regardless of which model year TRIV you have though!

    Is there a toddler rider board for the triv next that is easy on and off? Great video!

      Hi there! Thank you for watching our video. We are so happy to hear you found it helpful! Nuna does not make a ride-along board for any of their strollers, but there is a universal Buggy Board that is compatible: strolleria.com/collections/lascal

    Hello, can you remove the canopy on the trvl? So it's not in the way of the carseat?

      Yes, the TRVL canopy is removable if needed!

    Hi can you use the back mesh zip pocket as a normal pocket for your phone on the tvrl? thanks🙂

    • @Strolleria
      @Strolleria  Před rokem

      Hi, great question! The TRIV has a zippered storage pocket for phone or keys on the back of the seat, but the TRVL does not - the zipper panel with mesh behind is not a storage pocket and should not be used as such.

    Does the TRIV top canopy touch the ground when folded? It looks like it could get really dirty

    • @martinadefar7759
      @martinadefar7759 Před 2 lety

      No, it doesn't touch the ground but it gets dirty because when folded the weels touch the canopy. But still the best stroller in my opinion. I have it, use it every day and would buy it again.

    • @Strolleria
      @Strolleria  Před 2 lety

      It could depending on which direction the stroller seat is facing and what type of surface you're folding the stroller over, but the canopy material is very easy to clean if needed.

      The TRIV will not fit in any overhead bins and the TRVL is probably too large for most as well.

    • @Strolleria
      @Strolleria  Před rokem

      No, sorry, the TRVL bag will be too small to fit the TRIV. Nuna's Universal Wheeled Transport bag will be able to fit the TRIV stroller though! It will just be quite a bit larger.

      @@JamStine09 The only one Nuna makes that would be compatible with the TRIV is the Nuna Universal Wheeled Transport Bag: strolleria.com/products/nuna_universal-_transport-_bag.
      There may be a smaller universal travel bag that would accommodate the TRIV stroller, but we only carry the one Nuna makes that is warrantied.

    My newborn is 7 pounds and unfortunately, the Triv doesn’t accommodate their body. Baby sinks into the car seat, causing them to block their airway. Will be returning the system. Parents, please be cautious.

      Hi there! Sorry to hear of the concern you are having with your Nuna PIPA infant car seat. The car seat is rated for use with children starting at 4 pounds. I would recommend reaching out to a local certified CPST for any questions about the car seat. Nuna even has their own CPST named Bob Wall who is super helpful as well. You can reach out to him through his instagram @nunacpst
