- You don't have to go out and buy a bunch of stuff to take really great photos for your ebay listings. If you are a new ebay seller, you may be limited on spending money setting up your ebay business, and saving money on taking good ebay product photos is one area you can skip the fancy expensive equipment. Most of us have a measuring tape at home. Foam boards can be picked up at a dollar store, and using natural light or lighting you have at home can be really effective. Save time and money with some great tips I share for taking really good product photos for ebay!

Oh my Margaret you have given me so many tips and tricks. I know what you mean about the posterboard. I would use it for a week and then it would already have dents and holes and streaks from the jewelry. So I will get a set of the board you are talking about. I love this video...this is actually what I do with the black and white boards. As I'm watching, you made me think about the video you wanted to do. What if you had a small turntable that you could turn on. Then you could video as it turned and the light changed...just a thought.
