- I realized that I never shared this one, so I thought I'd put it up for anyone interested-- deeeeeep Tom Petty cut. Ankle Deep. I guess this would also be a good time to mention that I have a full band show in Easton PA for their Live At The Falls series that will be dedicated to Tom's tunes. Not something I've ever done before, and not something I'd usually do these days since I'm really focused on original music-- but Easton has been great to me and this was a special request of theirs. I've been a fan of Tom's since the 70's. There probably isn't a karaoke bar on the West Coast I haven't sang one of his songs in.

Great rendition as always. Love when you play Tom Petty songs. On Friday evening I was in Hyde Park in London to see Stevie Nicks and she actually channeled and remembered Tom with a couple of songs through the show and with her superstar guest, Harry Styles... singing a duet Stop Dragging My Heart Around ❤️

I believe the story about the Eagles is that several of them were in her backup band. The guys started the Eagles. She had a huge hit with a song called Desperado. Credited to the Eagles. Peace
