- In a timeline where Bardock managed to call upon his Saiyan brethren to help stop Frieza after his warning from the future. If he had become a Super Saiyan against Freeza, would he be able to save Planet Vegeta from certain peril?
WHAT IF Bardock Defeated Frieza? So...what if Bardock went Super Saiyan against Frieza? In the blink of an eye, Bardock the Father of Goku was felled by Frieza. Let's set the scene. As we know, Bardock's power level isn't all that high. 10,000 versus the 530,000 of Lord Freeza's first form. The only way that our favourite rogue can get a viable chance to win against the emperor is to somehow tap into Super Saiyan OR get the jump on him! Now the former option makes the most sense but I feel it's the most obvious if that JUST happened with nothing else changed; if he's going to get this power in some shape or form, then we gotta spice up the lead-up some more...so let's try something which might be a little more on the interesting side. We start the story back when Bardock had just acquired his future powers. Now in the midst of all of this, he would've seen many visions that wouldn't make much sense to him. It would be a jumbled mess of events without context as well as an overwhelming bout of stimulation. However, in this scenario, the visions play out differently. In one key visual, Bardock can see Toma held aloft by Dadoria in danger as well as his crew all dead...he's not quite sure what this is but he is also dealing with the fact that this jolt is enough to knock him out...Toma, his second, catches him and asks him if he is OK. The only thing that Bardock can splutter is "Watch out...for...Dodoria...am...bush..." and he collapses. The crew look to each other and they all have a sense of foreboding. Ambush? Dodoria? Are they in danger sometime soon? All of these questions whirling through their heads certainly gave them cause for concern.

Cooler: "No Salza, I won't make the same mistake as them. This requires time and preparation. If I'm going to crush that super saiyan and claim my throne, then I need to be in top form."

What if suggestions:
1. What if Katas (the father of the nameless namekian) went to earth alongside his son?
2. What if King Cold was revived instead of Frieza?
3. What if Tao appeared in the androids saga as part of Gero's army and got upgraded?
4. What if Towa, Mira and Fu appeared in the Buu saga and were under Babidi's command alongside Dabura?
5. What if Cui, Zarbon and Dodoria turned good?
I too thought about #3. Powerscale wise general tao is perfect cell level as an adroid

The one about Katas is interesing since the nameless namekian could be stronger without spliting into two and i remember something about he being a prodigy but im not sure. Without becoming 2 he could have birth a stronger, complete Piccolo.

I've been binging these episodes and I am continuously blown away by how amazingly versatile your voice acting ability is. Thanks to DBZA, I already have your voice in my mind as one of Goku's main voices, Sean Schemmel is hard to beat after that World Record Kamehameha especially, but you nail Frieza, Goku, Vegeta, Nappa (Takahata's Nappa but that is best Nappa). It makes all these What Ifs have that feeling of sitting in a group as someone tells a lovely story. I appreciate all the work you put into these, not just in telling a good story but, even if sometimes in the guise of a joke, aim to tell a good Toriyama story. You even managed to turn Raditz into the fan favorite he deserved to be. These stories deserve to have their own animated show or series of movies. Particularly What if Raditz Turned Good, Nappa Turned Good, and for being its own pecial slice of Sci-Fi that still stands out to me as feeling both uniquely Dragonball but also so..Unique, what if Frieza turned good. Please, never stop creating, Masako.
All these fanmade stories make me wish the whole franchise could be reborn as a whole. Let Bardock or Gine escape to earth with kakarot, etc it’s so many things
Seaking of Gine, I'd love to see this redone but with her in it as well, crossing over the Bardock Special, the DB Minus version, and MasakoX's alternate ending.

I can imagine Beerus react to Frieza failing to destroy Planet Vegeta as requested after waking up to learn the Saiyan race still around in Universe 7.
Then there is the issue with the Super Saiyan God legend too as well.

I think in the original he only gave Frieza the ok to. You could argue that's the same intent or not.
The Saiyan are basically Spartans but in space and they can turn into a giant monkeys for the simple fact is it doesn’t matter how many there are deafly enough to take you out
Ask frieza how many are needed to take him out... Spartans did fhe unimaginable with only 300 men by using their intelligence of their surroundings, battle IQ, and olaying to eachothers strengths and using the enemys flaws against them. Meanwhile Sayians had an entire planet of soldiers and still got wiped out by one person and before that did his vidding out of fear.. that's not very Spartan like, eh?
I feel like you took a random small ancient but fiercely powerful army filled with the best of the best soldiers they had to offer and used it as an example which wasn't a good example at all...
I think you can continue the story with two arcs in particular a cooler arc and a bearus arc I can see these two individuals being feasible into the storyline

As always great story telling and very good voice acting :D and to answer your question at the end I think you have a great knowledge of power levels of each character and you are never off point when you suggest how things would go down it is always very plausible Thanks for the hard work keep it up
The story of we begged Masako to give us Super Saiyan Bardock after finishing what if Bardock convinced the Saiyans.
I want a spin-off where Kakarot travels to Earth and saves it from Pilaf's rule.
It's kinda funny how anti-climatic the King Cold fight was. I guess it makes sense, the only way this scenario can even happen is by taking cheap shots.

I kinda want to see what would have happened if Kakarot grew up on planet vegita. This would make a great beginning to the story.
What would be next for the Saiyans? Would they go back to conquering and selling planets? Take over the Cold Force? Or maybe take a try at what Universe 6’s Saiyans do, protectors against tyranny? Maybe become a race of mercenaries.

Maybe this story could have taken quite a long time atleast till cell saga and when gine would have found Goku and he'd have some reason to become a SSJ too! And Goku would have gone to planet Vegeta giving a shock to the sayans of having 3 SSJ at once and noticing the kind nature of Goku might have changed them too! While Goku would have wanted to return to earth having learnt instant transmission he could have been seconds away from both the planets and then the sayans would have seen him become a god and also having a UI! Might have made ToP interesting and then Sayans would also have been a good help against moro

@@matti.8465 I believe the Nameless Namekian is a warrior clansman, so there might not be any Dragon Balls, at least at first. On the other hand, maybe we would have more adventures prior to Dragon Ball times, perhaps he and young Roshi meet and they help each other improve and help the Nameless be rid of evil in another way. Maybe he doesn't become Kami, maybe someone else does. Garlic Jr maybe :P
@@Sil3ntLynx My thought is that the Son of Katas was probably a Dragon Clan Namekian, and it was only because Kami's other half fused with a complete Warrior Clan member that it overrode the initial state of the Nameless Namekian's clan.
But how would the abridged bardock handle this situation?

YOOOOOO literally when king cold said "what is your name again?" i literally said "Bardock my name is Bardock" and he said the same thing! XD HAHAHAH
you know, this has me thinking about a little scenario for this kinda what-if. After our boy, Bardock is done dealing with King Cold, he later finds out that the "Cold" Soldiers may have not done any kind of damage to the Saiyans physically but they damage most if not all of the space ships on Planet Vegeta; putting a slight detour on getting his youngest while also finding out the Gine didn't leave the planet for she didn't want to leave him and also had a feeling he would win. So after finding Raditz in the King spaceship (didn't know if you specified how they found him) the family has to wait until their engineers fix a good ship to travel to Earth. After some years up until the almost beginning of the King Piccolo arc, Kami while worrying about this problem, then senses Three (Bardock, Gine, and Raditz) or Seven(Bardock's crew if you want) power levels coming straight towards Earth and sensing that they are much, MUCH stronger than anything on Earth this becomes Kami now Top Priority. After the Saiyans land just as the final fights with King Piccolo and his children are going something, the Saiyans find Kakarot fighting King Piccolo; they don't interfere. And as Goku is on his last legs Bardock appears and things go...as they say "Thing are about to go Nuts".
Oooh i do like this tho. 15 years might be a bit too long to be plausible, but by gods would that be a fun scenario. They let the fight play out, but instead of Yajirobe, it's Bardock with the catch and a 'not bad kid, maybe we'll make something of you yet'.

When 1 sayian goes super they all do. S planet full of super sayian would become the perfect planet concerning race. They'd be like the viltroms from invincible.
Just realized. Unless the Saiyans travel there on business, Earth will be in terrible shape. Emperor Pilaf, Demon King Piccolo, Red Ribbon Army, what happens if any of those forces discovers Bulma and her Dragon Radar? (Red Ribbon is especially concerning now that we know Dr. Gero was the real leader all along.)

Honestly it’s cool that Bardock got a major W but it’s sad that Earth got a major L. Great story though 💯
...and now I'm picturing this combining with "Goku & Gine go to Earth" in a way, except Goku's all on his own. Still found by Gohan, still goes by Kakarot, but with Gine's influence, he doesn't turn out as cruel as "pure saiyan instincts" would have one believe. He's sent to a lower power level planet for training, so that he can become another strong Saiyan warrior, and winds up enjoying his life there enough that he just... stays. Lets his father know he's going to keep training on this backwater planet.
Things get complicated when Prince Vegeta, wanting to form his own Empire, decides his first conquest needs to be the planet that Kakarot has "gone native" on. His saiyan pride refuses to believe that they could live alongside a planet of weaklings and *not* rule over them. Vegeta sends Raditz with an ultimatum: Kakarot must either become King of Earth, or finish wiping out its natives and turn it into a barren dust ball.
I like this one, and sounds entirely plausible.

I feel like Kefla’s more serious, Gotenks plays around too often whereas Kefla actually tried against UI Goku and even had a whole temper tantrum when she was completely outmatched instead of continuously “toying” with him.

That would be if we completely use plot power cause technically in logic that would be impossible remember bardock's power level when vegeta was destroyed was 10,000 multiply by 50 and we get 500,000 not quite enough to defeat frieza unless he got him by surprise but saiyan pride will say no
In this scenario he had a bunch of other saiyans back him up since they listened to him in this what if so their combined power is stronger then frieza. Ur also forgetting that ur power level increases when u use a blast, so if bardock charges up a full power energy beam and catches frieza off gaurd he’ll be vaporized
