Here's the part I don't get though, he's essentially giving up 2 knights for a Rook. Is it really danger levels? Man roasted a dude asking if he wanted to play Minecraft with him, said a funny joke about how polish people talk, talks about the Liverpool vs Real Madrid predictions while beating the opponent 💀
A lot of people want to be Magnus because of how good he is at chess, but in this video you can clearly see this came with a cost. This man has never played Minecraft. Personally I would rather be dead.
I actually made a similar play once and had a feeling it was a brilliant move since it won me the game afterwards, checked the analysis and it was a blunder lol
Yeah I've had so many times where that happened, like earlier I sacrificed my rook to one of the opponent's pawns, thus allowing me to checkmate in 2 moves. I thought it was brilliant. But it turns out I just got lucky and my opponent didn't find the counterplay XD
5:57. He takes your knight with his queen, then after you take his rook, he moves up one next to the pawn, then next move whatever that may be from your side, he takes your rook unless you move the rook then it isn’t really a blunder lol. @@kongolandwalker he was correcting him because it's not the stockfish line... it would be a blunder by the opponent if he took the knight first and allowed Qxa1+
@@tellahsage6477 Nah, it is clear. He just was slow thinking in that moment and didn't understand at first. But right after that and a bit more thought, he finally picks up on why it was a blunder and why it allowed the queen to develop with tempo (as the computer suggestion said). He literally lost all the advantage he had with that move. Most likely he would have not played that move if it wasn't a blitz game but a classical one, he would have had the time to see the best move there, so it's not like I'm saying he's bad or anything like that. But still, however you want to put it.. it still does not make any sense him "making fun" of the explanation. It was pretty fun and great for content I guess. Just like a infant making fun of an adult's physical weakness.
@@webrevolution. It is not clear at all and Carlsen would agree with me. "You allowed the opponent to develop a queen with tempo" has little to do with what is happening in that position. The chesscom AI text generator is rarely useful for understanding actual complicated positions, any competent player knows that it's best to just look at the raw engine lines and skip the nonsense (which is what Magnus did).
