Single player WW1 game that isn't just a stealth horror, I'm thinking we're back
I'm so in the habit of ignoring such WWI/WWII game trailers, streamers, reviewers that this comment was very valuable.
Result: watched all of this one and will keep a light on the game.
Honestly, to me it looks like The Order 1886 sqeual set in WW1. Not only from how 3rd person work but also the the guns and tech. Fighting demonicly influenced germans instead of werewolf Peeky Blinders.

@@wealthybone2990 not only amnesia,there is a pixel art horror game of the WWI with zombies made by a unknown biological weapon,and another about a soldier of the WWI in a alternative reality (the last one is just a prototype but you understand the idea)

Misread the title as "French Tales" and was completely willing to believe this was just a game about the everyday french experience

@@kheyenrage5156 Les Space Marines n'ont généralement pas de bouclier énergétique, juste une armure solide, une endurance corporelle folle et des réflexes fulgurants. Les casques protègent mais il faut d'abord frapper. Cela a également été écrit via Google Translate parce que mon français est vraiment mauvais. :)
Space Marines don't usually have energy shields, just tough armor, insane bodily endurance, and lightning reflexes. Helmets do protect but you gotta hit first. Also this was written via google translate because my french is really bad. :)
Actually reminds me of a Russian novel "Mister Dead Man" by Konstantin Solovyov about a fantasy version of WWI with undead soldiers commanded by necromancers serving in assault units on on both sides along with living men and magical monstrosities.
That sounds like a badass novel. Makes me think of a flash game called the Carveola Incident.
Is that novel in English too?

WW1’s atmosphere is absolutely incredible, bringing supernatural things into it could make one of the best environments of any shooter game yet, this looks awesome

Just wish the inhuman enemies had less human animations, more twitching, less straight walking, if they could fight even after losing a member it would also look and feel great
We dont know exactly what they are, but my guess is they were human but some experiment ir magic was used to change them and they became heartless, hard-to-kill killers, but still have all the basic human functions and abilities, they arent normal zombies if that is even what they are

So this starts off as a realistc fps in ww1 and then it switches to a paranormal fps in ww1. Now that's really cool

A world war 1 themed survival horror game is something that's untouched.
To a sizeable degree. Necrovision was similar for the horror but that was definitely a FPS at its core.

looks pretty crisp, kinda like if you combined sniper elite including it's zombie mode with a little bit of cod vanguard with the weapons customization and throw you it into world war 1

Well the same studio already made the Zombie Army trilogy(sniper elite studio rebellion) and it looks better than this upcoming game

Looks super pretty, and real crisp. My only criticism is the UI could use a little work - have it look gritty and tattered like the title at the end of the video, and I'd say that's a solid looking game.
Also, because I've been wracking my mind about it - the sound the title makes at the end. Is that like a distorted garand ping? Whoever made that sound, it sounds so sick.

that actually makes kinda sense. look at the tech, not basic guns, could be a ww2 that lasted a few years more. prototypes come out. german loses his mask, loots one from a russian corpse not understanding it has no filter because hes never seen the model before, dies to zombifying gas from his own side's chem attack and turns cus no filter. thus, that.
wait no im dumbass ww1 not ww2. ok, ignore the era of the gas mask design and it can work.

Thats cuz 40k took ww1 aesthetics and made them space like. This looks like 40k cuz 40k is ww1 in space.
One of my favourite settings, a shame there are too few games based on WWI.
Looks very rough but promising. Coming from fighting Helldive Automaton hordes, the chaos of war feel needs some work. Would like to see the ability to peak your gun around corners. Maybe some Gears of War esque melee options too.

Non such thing exists , WW1 was trench warfare. Everything warhammer is so unoriginal , their giant battle cruisers also look like dreadnought class ships from before WW1. Do you like the Chaos Gods ? We lk thank the author Michael Moorcock who wrote several fantasy novels about heroes combating them in the 1960's.
