That's a pretty neat trick when the guy doing the reactions energy level is on a par with the Loops video. Very nice. Your authentically enthusiastic reaction was a real treat. Really nice to have you on the scene now going over the Loops. The new vids with Cory Wong and an incredible horn section are superb: "Follow the Light" and "Thriller"...yes THAT thriller. For myself I can always listen to "Rock You" and if you're looking for epic, like Bohemian Rhapsody level epic there is always "Next to You." Thanks again for the great reaction.

Jeff, another new discovery for me for you and all of your great followers. Her name is Katie Pruitt, and the song is called 'Georgia.' Beautiful and very moving. I believe that she is accompanied by her siblings. Can't wait for your reaction.
Jonah talked about this in that incredible interview you had with him, but can we take a moment to appreciate not just the video editing that Aron does, but his direction too? The first bass run that Henrik does is captured by a camera on a dolly moving up the fret board with him. And the directorial brilliance just keeps continuing. He has very few peers as a drummer, but add his artistry behind the camera and it’s mind blowing. Your question about how Henrik does that first part of his solo is a technique Victor Wooten perfected. His thumb slaps the string coming down and coming back up followed by two plucks of pop string by two separate fingers. That’s four notes/ghost notes in the space of a quarter note. He once said in an interview he couldn’t do it as well as Victor Wooten, but clearly he’s honed that since the interview or is just so humble. I really love your reactions. Huge fan!!
You nailed it Stevia! Yes I’m familiar with Wooten’s multi pluck magic. That’s where I saw it first as well years ago! You are totally on point with your comment about the direction. I’m so glad Jonah mentioned how incredibly important Aron is to the band because he deserves massive credit on so many fronts. Thank you for your outstanding comment!

Well, now you've journeyed through the entire Phoenix album, and some of Turbo, but as good as these are in album form, I doubt anyone would disagree that the visuals of the Loops, particularly with Aron's near-perfect video editing - which is epic and so embraces the music - is the best experience. Well, now all you have left is freaking out to everything on Loopified Extended Version which incorporates all of their covers! Happy reacting, my friend!
I intend to travel back in time for those Loopified songs even though I've heard them many times. I would love to comment on all of them!

I pray to ANY Deity out there including the one true God (Bach,) that Henrik Linden spent MONTHS working that solo out, practicing it day in and day out, and that he didn't just make it up on the fly.
