Quite soothing. Judging by the other comments, this video benefits a lot of tense, stressed-out people. It must be the slow pace and the deep tones that provide much of the healing quality. The videos of the dancer, pianist, violinist, water, and of the night add even more comfort for a troubled soul. If the world had more music like this, there would be a lot less intensely negative feelings to generate life's ugly moments.

I wish i could say I have felt into depression. My grandma, who raised me, said" the word depression does not exist". Every time I almost fell to depression, I remember her words, and eliminate even the thought or notion of a word that does not even exist.
Thank you for always trying hard every day, however I hope you can share with a friend, life may challenge you every day if you can, let's equip our souls with strong weapons at best :3
I remember my grandma telling me when I was a little kid and I said I hated something: "Don't say hate; hate is an ugly word." For some reason that moment has had a profound effect on my life and I have tried to avoid using the word hate since then. I turn 66 next month. It must be that the word "hate" itself generates negative thoughts and emotions, but I can say that there are few things and few people I can say that I even somewhat hate. I suffer occasionally from anxiety and depression, but avoiding using the word "hate" has made my emotional life a lot better than it could have been. I can't say not saying it cures anything, but I think it keeps some bad emotions from forming, which helps.

Poignantes... Quoi-qu'en disent certains qui ne comprennent pas: il y a une éblouissante beauté dans la tristesse... une douleur intense et insupportable pour beaucoup aussi, j'entends bien...
