Today I've decided to put an end to my life. I've had a good life, I have a lot of regrets, but I have nothing to complain about. I'm just a Frenchman who's just turned 30 and lost hope after being betrayed by people I trusted completely. I guess that I deserve it. I can't stand the emptiness inside me anymore, it's become too heavy. I was staying for my family but I can't take it anymore. Live in the best way possible. 🩵

I want to get into medical school, I tried many times but I couldn't succeed. I will never stop trying. I have a bad relationship with my family, I have no friends where I live, I am unsuccessful and insecure, but I will make everything okay, I will succeed. I believe I can do it one day. In my circle, I am supposed to be the confident, competitive, proud, and fearless leader. I am a natural born leader, but wouldn’t it be nice to let someone else take charge? To go with the flow rather than make the flow? I’ve never asked myself these questions deliberately in my head, but seeing these comments are making self reflect. I want to be better, I want to be the person that they all see me as. I want to be the smart and strong girl they love, but I find myself having an internal battle with myself of overthinking and wanting to settle for mediocre. I force myself to participate in every competition, but I can’t forgive myself if I’m not on top every single time. If somebody is better than me at something, then I never want to try that thing again. It’s worse when it’s my friends, because I laugh it off when they tease me for finally losing something, yet I find myself zoning out, internally scolding myself for letting my inability get the better of me. I’m 13 years old and I have already started drafting my college essay. It’s that kind of thing that scares me at night. I’m living for the future and not the present. I’m scared I will never learn how to be a person among people and I’m stuck in the endless cycle of refusing to accept where I’m currently at. I’m not sure if any of this makes sense but I think writing this will help me understand the complexity of my emotions better.
