Hey guys this is Kim Chini, I will be answering my top questions here so please go through before you ask any other questions. You can feel free to type on your questions under this comment ☺️
•I do not get the OTP code!? Is giving phone number safe?
Please do not panic if you don't have your phone number you can totally borrow your elders phone number as the phone number is only for the verification and nothing to do with the further process and yes it is completely safe to use your phone number the phone number and the email id are only for the verification and also the code which is also called as OTP will be sent through your SMS once you give your phone number for the verification after entering the OTP you will be able to verify the number and registere through it.
•I do not receive the creator sign next to my name 😢?
There is nothing to worry about that the creator sign it will be given to you next your name which is sometime only visible for the visitors of your profile. It is possible only if your items are verified and approved by the officials of zepeto, your item may consume few days or a week or maybe two weeks for the approval need not worry if it's not approved make sure you recreate item and also make sure that there is no copyright on your item that you are using.
•How do I know if it has copyright ©️?
Before you download any picture from the Pinterest or the Google make sure you read the description of the picture and also you can contact the creator of the picture to check if it has copyright ©️ or not. See if there is this kind of symbol ©️ this symbol represents copy right. The description clearly says about the image or the picture that you're gonna download whether it has copyright or not or also you can search with safe words for example the type of picture you want and type "without copyright" this will help you avoid the picture or image with copyright and sometimes your items may be rejected not due to copyright but it is simply not appropriate.😢
It still says picture needs to be smaller, but it's literally the same i just added the no copyright design

As I know I don't think so dear... Since you are doing in your phone you won't be able to create height but you can create your own height in PC... And you can change your body shape and high in zepeto itself... But not in creator item but you can change when you were the item... I hope you are understanding I'm not too good in explanation 😭💗

Dear please make sure that have selected your country and type your number properly and your OTP also 👀 just cross check them, If that does not work use another number

You will be notified as soon as your item is approved and later you can wear it but the only problem is you have to buy your item 😢💗

You can use your elders phone number... Like your parents or your siblings your phone number is used only for verification so you don't have to worry 💗☺️
Yeah but when I check code for my code and when I check my thing my code isn't there what do I do even when I put my number and code does not appear
There might be some problem with your SMS or it might be delay, try using different gadget like laptop or iPad if it doesn't appear in your phone

Mine doesn't show the sign in part it just takes me to choose an item and upload or download a template.
It is only when you download the template and upload and it is approved you will get that sign

Yes you do but for that you require 5000 + sales you cannot reach 5000 + sales by creating item in your phone for that you should create 3D item which require a PC 💗😆

You have to have over 100
Well it's not you are zepeto code you have to enter the OTP which will be sent as a code to your phone number once you enter it

I'm so sorry to hear that... But make sure that your email is all good and fine if it's shows invalid please try it with another email ID if you don't have another email ID just create and simple email id just for the item creation 😄💗

@@bernicechong6322 is that is already another account in that phone number make sure you remember your password before you logout from your current account and try logging in to another account with the number which says that there is another account and if you don't remember the password of that account type forget password so it will send and code and SMS to your phone number through that you can enter through that account

Sometimes the version in your phone or storage. Or maybe even the app bugging can create a lot of errors which leads to all of this😢. Try updating your app and also the version of your phone or maybe you could try it in your tab or any other phone.❤
how does the zepeto code come? When I click "resend code" it doesn't work
It is OTP it will be sent to your please make sure that the number is valid and check the OTP on the same number that you have given

For this you have to join into your PC and check how many sales your left with you will know only when someone had uploaded style including your item you will be receiving no notification when someone by it you will be able to get your payment when you reach 5000 sales for easier waste you have to do item creating in your PC

Apparently you will have to cross five thousand sales Meaning 5000 people have to purchase your item or the item purchased should worth 5000 zepeto zems And I think it's not possible or easy to do it with using 2D item only for that. You have to go through 3D items.

No that's not necessary... You will receive your OTP in your SMS make sure that number is recharged

You cannot receive them until you collect up to 5000 zem it is the rules from the zepeto community to on all of these you have to create 3D items 💗

You can sareach it in the sareach bar but make sure that you give no space
When I click to choose ibis paints and click to choose pic from files it became fainted and its not being clicked
If it does not work try updating the app or updating your phone system if it does not work please try with similar apps to Ibis x

To make sure it's not copyright while searching up for images. Use keywords such as no copyright. Or you can also look into the image where it contains a logo which is a sign of copyright or Go through the description of the image before using it or downloading it Which gives the complete information of the image 😊

It is confusing at beginning but yeah once you sign up and start using you will get used to it I was confused at beginning just like you... So there is no need of any tutorial for that... But I can suggest you on entering more of world and creating content... Please go through my channel I have created content and I also have shared video on how to create content...hope it's helpful ☺️💗

Yep, Creating your own item is totally free and safe. You won't get charged. You don't have to pay for it. Instead , you will get paid if people like your item and you succeed five thousand sales! 😍

Hi, when i click become a creator it brings me to a list where I put my info, i put my number down and it says either, error or internal error what does that mean?😅
Maybe your number might be invalid please cross check it and also make sure that you are using that number on a regular base if not the number one be counted as valid if you haven't recharged it or used it for a long time, try giving other number if there is no problem from the number then make sure you sign in from a link that would be a better option 💗

Yes; but for that you need to cross 5000 sales so that is impossible doing 2D creations you need to do 3D creations to earn money and zem

It means your item has been rejected due to copyrights make sure you haven't used any picture that contains copyright 💗

As you can see the picture I have given a border for the clothes... Use thinner brush and also try updating your app I have showed it clearly in my video on how to design it with both thinner and thicker brush so if you wanted you can put the video a little bit slow and watch that since I have speed it hope it is helpful 💗

If it's an official account in Pinterest or they have their name on the photo it has copyright climb to be more careful with that make sure you read the description before downloading the image or search for free image
