You usually use it in place of electrocute and build rocketbelt against squishy champs. The build in this video in kinda sus but it was a pretty unique game lmao. Maybe I should have planned for riftmaker or full ad since our only AD is belveth. Shyvana would be hard to kill with rocketbelt if if she got more fed and built magic resist. I thought TF might make AD as well but he left lol

LOL i am a Kata main but i feel so so bad about Ryze mains, they are in absolute trash tier for almost a year at this point, more then 2 month under 44% winrate and they are getting absolutely nothing from riot, THEN KATA GETS HURT TO THEIR LVL FOR LESS THEN ONE PATCH IMMEDIATELY GETS HUGE DAMAGE BUFFS HOTFIXED INTO THAT SAME PATCH KEKW, we just cant stop winning i guess Kata kings rise up!
Yeah she was playable I'm not going to lie she was playable BEFORE THE NERF. And the only reason she was playable is divine and nobody wants a brain dead Katarina abusing divine and just spamming e into sunderer prock into sunderer prock etc... Since they fixed divine build Katarinas only build is ap and since her assassin build sucks they buffed it and right now I think she will be at about 48-49% winrate which is fine not every champ is balanced at 50%.

It's because ryze is op in pro play so in order for him to be balanced there he needs to be terrible in soloq
we are just lucky that kat is garbage AF in pro play , if they buff ryze he will just smash pro and be 100% pick/ban
