Here are reasons to join the marine corps. You get crippling back pain, lifetime neck pain, alcohol addiction, a mail order wife that files for divorce after 2 kids over 4 years, loss in hearing in the right ear, dramatic trauma, severe depression and anger issues. All this may seem bad but at least you get badass dress blues, a cool motto, a badass battle cry, and you’ll be known as a marine oo-rah

You forgot, the Government forgets about you. Remember, Senators don’t send their son’s into harm’s way. Brandon’s son was a Jag Officer and was never around burn pits, but he makes him out to be a dead hero. Other son kicked out of the Navy for drug use. There’s some of us that care 🇺🇸

Navy definitely has the ugliest but also the most character (or at least tied with the Marines).
Army is annoying when it comes to uniforms. They had the UCP (grey pixelated camo) that is horrendous. They moved to Multicam but didn't want to pay millions in royalties to Crye Precision so made a knock off originally called Scorpion W2 now called OCP (occupational camouflage pattern), not to be confused with ACU (Army Combat Uniform) which isn't a pattern. Then you have the dress uniform change because they wanted to go back to their roots. Etc.
Army is very indecisive and it's annoying. Always making random ass changes.
And people say the Navy isnt gay lol

If all the Departments went to war against each other it would not be fair, army doesn't even have fighter jets and the marines would kill them all. Are pilots are the best.

Navy has better food than the air Force. Stationed at Keflavik Naval station Iceland in the Air Force. I was lucky enough to be allowed to eat at the Navy chow hall. One day I worked washing dishes at the Air Force chow hall, the beef barley soup had insects in the soup. They fed to the Airmen anyway!

Ok so my mom is a marine vet and I was about to get shots in the doctors office when I was probably 10 or something and I was scared so she wanted to cheer me up and SHE TOLD ME that at the very beginning of the year she would have to get shots in the marines and the navy has all the cool beans doctors and stuff so they were giving marines shots and those two branches have some anger against each other that goes all the way back to ancient time and the navy guy who was giving my mom shots USED HER ARM “AS A DART BOARD” and she said you could tell he had practiced cause it was a perfect throw sap he would just throw the needle and walk over to her and push the liquids in. The military is something else guys.

In the navy it’s better to navigate where you wanna go in your career unlike some branches. Cant really speak for them but for marines it sucks to keep career in there.

The main issue is that they lost more sailors because of kamikaze and they shouldn’t have pay such expensive prices for repairs for damaged ships like uss bunker hill due to parts costs
