Replacement of old Daikin BRC1C62 with new Daikin BRC1E63 for ducted air-conditioning system. Indoor unit FDY160LV1 and outdoor unit RY160LUY1, with third-party zone motor system.
Right. I think the P1/P2 is bus wiring so no polarity. Didn't seem to make a difference in my system but if you have doubts just use the same wires as the old controller 👍
@@GarethOakes Hi Gareth, thanks for the prompt reply. I’ve just received my new control panel. You’re absolutely right, the installation manual confirms that the two wires don’t have polarity. Having said that, I’ll take your advice and wire it up as per the old panel. 👍 Cheers, Phil

Does this come with a remote??
No. I ended up getting the Airbase adapter which works with a phone app. That gives you remote control and can link into Google Home etc.
