We all struggle with questions, but if we allow our doubts to guide us, we will find ourselves tempest-tossed and unstable like Saul. David continually sought the Presence of God, allowing Him to shape his character even before he was exalted. This is the mark of royalty that Jonathan saw and appreciated.
