I strongly believe Spence lost to Porter or at least he drew with him. However, Bud turned Porter attacks pretty easily and knocked him out.

For me if that fight is possible, im giving my support to errol spence, errol spence jr is a real welterweight fighter, he fight only in welterweight and super welterweight division he didn't fight to lower division and he didn't fight in lower division, not like crawford he is from lightweight division to welterweight division. So meaning the many winning record of crawford is came from lightweight division, not like spence that since he became a professional boxer he only fight in welterweight division and all he's boxing record is from welterweight division. Crawford's my choice to win but the comment about besting Floyd Mayweather's +50/0 record seems kind of out of reach due being at the later stages of his career at 34 years old. Not that the man can't do it but that's +12 wins he'd need verse top quality opponents which is asking a lot. I consider him TBE switch hitter.

I got Crawford but Spence has better fundamentals and slightly bigger. It may take him half the fight to figure out how to get by Spence's jab and it only takes 7 rounds for Spence to grab the win. Again I got Crawford in a 55/45 fight but We have to see it whilst they still have tip top conditioning.

Crawford’s defense and tactics are frighteningly good. I am a huge fan of Spence and root for him but honestly, I am not looking forward to this matchup as it will likely end in a later rounds knockout for Spence…. Crawford’s fighting IQ and ability to adjust is almost Mayweather level, yet wit genuine knockout power to back it up too. Spence should avoid this fight at all costs.
That's exactly what Spence has been doing. This is honestly a bad match-up for Errol. Both fighters are world class but one of them just brings a heavier tool bag into the ring that being Bud. He's going to be able to counter what Spence does best and that's where the knockout is going to come from.

The differences are :Floyd didn't do it all at once, he retired a couple of times and came back when the competition was weak. and second: Floyd has a few controversial wins.........but Bud is doing it all at one with no split or majority decisions, no controversial decisions and no draws on his jacket because he is either going to knock you out or beat the hell out of you for 12 rounds. Who has Floyd knocked out when he was 34? ....Hell when was the last time he stopped anyone?

There's some inaccurate info in this video but it's still good regardless. The Spence - Porter fight wasn't an IBF eliminator bout it was a WBC/IBF unification bout. The stuff about Undisputed was inaccurate as well. If they fight now it will be for Undisputed but it wouldn't have been back in 2018-2019
At one time, I would have leaned toward Spence. Now, I'm all in on Crawford, who's multidimensional and can make quick in-ring adjustments. Spence, although he's tenacious, has far fewer options.

Spence fought champs in peak of their careers. He fought best version of Porter and Brooks while they were still the champ and very acting, when they have a throne to protect and fight for. TC fought those guys years after when they have no belts nor throne to protect. As a matter of fact, they were inactive and semi-retired at that time TC fought them so the level of competition was clearly different and it shouldn’t be up for a debate. Spence is a real deal. I’m looking forward to see how the fight plays out.

@@Jbbilll I've been watching boxing for years now and no doubt the match-up will be tough for both and I've watched all their fights numerous times and one fighter they both fought in particular was Shawn Porter and Shawn is an aggressive monster. Errol Spence barely edged him out and Terrance Crawford clearly dominated him and with knockdowns to the point where his corner stopped the fight. No one has ever done that to Shawn. Another thing is Errol's style leaves him open for that dangerous right hand counter and if he get caught clean with in, Terrance switches gears and will not let him breathe. But yeah any boxer has a puncher's chance.

During the Porter fight Erroll couldn't keep Shawn on the ropes at all. EVERY single time, Shawn just simply spun off the ropes effortlessly giving the impression that Erroll had some kind of Frankenstein syndrom... And that made Erroll look less than 'elite' to me.

Shawn porter makles every fight uncomfortable. Even before bud knocked out porter he didn't have his best performance.
Look at both fights porter didn't fight the same way. For some reason they thought they out box bud. He normally charges in walking through punches. But against Bud he was throwing from the outside big mistake. So don't let that fight fool you.
