Had to make me a PBJ on wheat toast after that! I've never cleaned a motor "out" of the bay unless I was going to rebuild it. A trick I learned for cleaning them in the bay is to warm up the engine a little bit and then use about 3 cans of Armour all tire foam. Really really soak it andlet it sit 15 minutes. I don't use a power washer, just air and they come out really nice. You can watch everything turn brown and run off! I noticed the Harbor freight jack stands. Have you checked the numbers to see if those are the ones that just drop? I had 4 for almost 10 years and thank God I never had a problem. They gave me a store refund and I bought a bunch of consumables and then bought some bad ass stands from Home Depot. They work the same but there is a safety pin that will never let it fall.

Just as a recommendation, when you prep the outside for raptor liner, use a nylon abrasive cup brush. A lot of professional companies use them and makes life easier for prepping the paint. There’s a bunch of CZcams videos showing people using that as well.

So I think ima attempt the 5vz 3.4 swap. I searched for a good 22re truck or 95.5-03 tacoma an coudnt find one and I'm kinda glad because I like the pickups better anyway.
