Someone told me to be successful you have to be smart enough to have an idea and dumb enough to try it.
Well said
Yes, so true about making decisions. Worst thing is to freeze. Make more and better decisions. Thank you.
I'm not an accounting firm, just a small business but- Ever since I started working with a CPA and educating myself it's been a game changer. I research my decision, but don't waste time in a rabbit hole. I run it by my CPA sometimes if it's new to me. Then I execute. In 2 years I went from 4 employees to 14. Soon to be 16 and because we worked on our business model, we are in high demand and can't keep up with work requests. It's a great problem to have. Indecision gets you nowhere.
this was such real advice, thank you for educating us i sincerely appreciate it! Hope to see more videos like this

Largely, I agree. I would counter the fire quickly. My rock star and my other employees need to know I will stick it out to support and do EVERYTHING to make sure we as a firm have done what we can to make it work. It’s huge for moral and tenure for my employees.
I wish you luck with your accounting firm! very informative. very easy to watch. Thank you.

Do you also help set up the paperwork before someone starts a business. DBA, llc, sales permit, etc?
Great advice. Two way door decision making.
You’re amazing!
As a chartered accountant from the UK running an ecommerce apparel brand, I agree!
It is a tricky balance between making decisions to quickly and overthinking one's decisions.
Agree - accountants tend to be terribly risk-averse but in my experience attorneys are WORSE...

I have a question in residency since I’m a traveling healthcare worker.

It is very crucial to know that planning to earn in today's market is an intricate process that necessitates not only strategic foresight but also expert guidance. It's paramount to align ourselves with seasoned financial advisors who can steer our investments toward optimal growth.
Prioritizing effective personal finance management holds greater significance than the sheer amount saved, irrespective of income source. Consulting a certified financial advisor can offer tailored strategies to optimize financial results by reducing expenses and enhancing income, regardless of whether it's earned through employment or investments.
Retirees who struggle to meet their basic needs are the ones who could not accumulate enough money during their active years to meet their needs.
Retirement choices determine a lot of things. My parents both spent same number of years in the civil service, but my mom was investing through a wealth manager, and my dad through the 401k.
How did you find a good finance advisor? How do you know if they are trustworthy and competent.
Who qualifies firr private family foundation tax advantage disadvantages tax savings and more
Hi Jasmine, so I have a Q,
I’m a Ca. State Peace Officer.
So I have partners that have been injured at work and get a disability % rating and they use that % rating as a tax deduction. Is that accurate. Just wondering if I can use it and under what code. As I have a 35% disability rating from a work injury. Thank you
Hi Jasmin! What % amount is taxed on a sold business is California?
You’re such an inspiration to me Ms. DiLucci! I just received my Masters in Tax and I’ve been trying to decide whether to get my CPA or EA…which would you recommend to focus on first? For background, I currently work at a tax services firm as a tax research consultant. Thank you!
Thank you! Depends on a few factors- CPA is better to get but takes more time to study and has more education requirements. If you are already qualified with the requirements and have real time to study then I’d say CPA. Otherwise EA is much easier to get through, because having an EA would still be much better than waiting for years to find time for the CPA
@@taxleverage Does having both help?
Can u please discuss private family foundation
Can you do one about CZcams creators ?
Hey I love your channel, though I'm in Canada it is interesting to see the differences between Canada and the U.S.
I recently saw a viral podcast talking about how the new Auditors are essentially weaponized agents to go after the middle class and squeeze them.
Would you mind doing maybe a reaction video from your perspective to give a little insight as you've already dealt with the new auditors?
The video came from Timcast IRL, if you type in the podcast and IRS it'll pop up. Thank you for your time and great content!
Wow
I notice a lot of Vaynerchuk influence coming out of this video.
I don’t own an accounting firm why am I watching this 😂
Amazon's Jeff Bezos says, that there is a two kind of executive decisions:
1.) one-way -decisions, from where there is very difficult, or impossible to retrieve, (and those decisions should be considered greatly.)
And
2.) two-way -decisions, from where there is relatively easy to back down.
Mic is to close to you
LoL make the best decisions based on having the decisions presented to you. Make a decision on hiring. TL;DW Just make decisions and do it fast like any other Corpo CEO
Smart and pretty 😂😂😂
I am not here for the tax knowledge 😊
You are clearly a beautiful young woman, I know this is not a tax question but are you available?
Her only flaw is that she's too pretty. It makes it difficult to concentrate on the information.
idk you are just so elegant and graceful. I know it's useless to share but you energy of off the charts intoxicating but in a non-infatuating way. Ok away I go
