Not all people have a "6 pack look" even if they're strong AF and have good abs. I'm the same I got a strong mid-section 25.5% BMI I can do 12 pull ups X 3 sets without an issue and I don't have a crazy 6 pack showing.
I feel that this is scary bacuase I think of like organ damage 💔.... I'm very ignorant to this but I am interested... maybe it's not different from smoking or drinking too much. I appreciate this 🙏🏽
