Really interesting to see red making the same mistake I often make. It's so easy to see the opponent hitting imp and think you need to throw everything into going imp too.
I finally broke 1200 ELO and have been able to stay above it consistently, this content is perfect for my level! I got to about 1100 mostly follow T90's advice from Low Elo Legends but Hera your advice has been great for me trying to improve further - it's easy to understand and implement, rather than the way some advice can feel like an overwhelming list of things to do..
Also I love the bit of advice about securing ground - I feel like an easy trap I always fell into was wanting to wall a big area, but sometimes I was walling a ton of empty land, no stone or gold or even trees. Lately I've been getting smarter about prioritizing resources rather than just getting greedy for open space, and it's been paying off.
Another thing that absoultely hindered him in feudal was the walling which really was not very good.
He could have made the walls in front of the gold between the two forward forests and the secured the rest with houses and palisades and had all the time to do it, instead he was forced to make a range, skirms, got his gold pressured and denued a lot and delayed his castle significantly.
And yeah skipping Horse Collar in feudal age is insanely bad for scout play, sometimes it happens but you really need to remember it, we are not Hera for us mortals is a crucial upgrade hahah
A real shame because his macro and unit control were honestly very good besides it, I believe this guy has some good potential to climb as you pointed out.
Great analysis as usual! Mid elo replay review is super important but I hope to see something like that even for 1500/1800 level despite it being a significantly smaller player pool

20k vs 17.5k res collected was almost spot on (17.6k), wow! Overall, for this level play, isn’t it too greedy to play 4tcs on open maps?
Not always, u just have to know how to pair it with your strategy
The later the game goes on any map it can be really beneficial to eventually get up to 4/5/6 TCs, not only to get up to a high vill count, but so that you can quickly replenish vills that are lost to raids or pushes.
These walls would have been good if there was at least a woodline or gold in the back. Keep it up !
