I’m not a huge country fan(I’m a metalhead both traditional and extreme metal) but I always liked old Sugarland when it was the 3 of them. I’ve tried to listen to the songs they’ve made after Kristen left but I just can’t get into it at all I wish she had stayed I also really like her solo stuff too. I don’t know what she’s up to now but I hope she’s doing well and is happy.

Kristen bailed on them, then got sour grapes because they became a bigger success after she left, and then sued for money on their profits they made afterwards, that she didn't deserve.
@@apalmer7388 Hmm..Perhaps..Although, from what I understand, they went to court twice..The first was apparently an agreed upon Settlement..Then later, she sued again..Again, there was another Settlement..That 2nd was strange..One can assume that the 1st was what she agreed to, signed to, and that it was binding...But since then none have spoken of the result of the 2nd so we'll never know..I do assume however, that she made out big-time on the other 2s success...
Kristen Hall. Great artist. She has a real talent for songwriting.
Damn shame. because she was a big girl. the music industry kind of pushed her OUT.. LUCKILY she could fall back on her writing. And graphic design

KH did not “bail” on them. She was pushed out by management for being old & gay. She had to sue to get her share of royalties etc.
