Poland is considered the birthplace of Kapustnyak, but also in Ukraine and Slovakia this soup is considered their own. Recipes for cooking cabbage, like many ancient dishes, have their own characteristics. We offer to cook kapustnyak in Polish. This recipe uses two types of white cabbage at once - fresh and sauerkraut. This soup will take a little time to prepare, and as a result, your dinner will be special with a tasty, filling and delicious dish!
Ingredients:
200 grams of bacon.
Fry for 2 minutes.
250 g semi-smoked sausages.
160 grams of onions.
120 grams of carrots.
300 grams of cabbage.
250 grams of potatoes.
250 grams of sauerkraut.
2 teaspoons sweet paprika.
1 tablespoon of salt.
1/2 teaspoon pepper.
1.7 liters of meat or chicken broth.
Boil bay leaf for 20 minutes over low heat.
10 grams of dill.

Всё хорошо, только если картошку класть после капусты, она ьудет резиновая. Сначала отваривают, жарят, парят- картофель.
