I'm jumping on this ship this year and after your review I'm so excited! I've sailed the other big 2, Carnival and RC, but this is my first on NCL. just sailed on the Bliss this past week for a 5 night adventure to Cabo and Ensenada...ship was incredible and I highly recommend. We got very lucky with our sailing only having just over 1,000 people. Great overview of the ship Danny!
I was looking at this ship to take my husband on a 40th anniversary cruise. He LOVES go cars and cruising. You went 5 months ago? How was the weather? We'd be going in January.
@@lindarobinson2104 I lucked out and the weather ws fantastic. high 70s to low 80s in Cabo and Ensenada. Not typical but it was pure bliss!

the snow thing looks crazy! i just booked a club suite today… I love that there are so many regular chairs that have window views! Usually these thermal spas are in small windowless rooms with a limited number of chairs. I would book this before the Vibe…
Just returned from a western Caribbean cruise on the Bliss! Absolutely beautiful ship! Enjoyed all the on board activities and Shane at the pool bar was awesome! Can't wait to cruise her again!👍
This ship looks great. I’ve traveled Carnival, RCL, and Celebrity so far… I plan to compare and weigh my options on which one is the better fleet. We will travel on the Bliss, March 2024; I’m already excited ❤️

My absolute favorite things from experience a couple of days ago, was by far the Waterfront. I personally find it funny that the same ship I’m watching this for. They said “Washy Washy” when entering the buffet 😭

NCL Bliss is an awesome ship !! Was on this ship in march 2019... so much better than Breakaway / Getaway / Escape.👌
Enjoyed the tour, thanks for posting. One note: the cabanas in the Vibe Beach Club aren’t “first-come, first-serve”. You have to pay an additional charge to use the cabanas. They are more expensive than the regular pass.
We sail the Bliss on 2/4 on the bucket cruise, 16-days from Miami/LA through the Panama Canal. Can't wait to enjoy the ship!

Outstanding full tour of the Bliss! I have been looking for a comprehensive tour of the Bliss since we booked at the end of March of last year to reference as my wife and I are Embarking on a Mexican Riviera Cruise in just a few weeks (March '22) for our 25th Wedding Anniversary and can't wait! The information you provided is excellent and informative; exactly, I mean exactly what we were looking for to answer questions we had! Thank you for taking what was most likely hours to complete and then hours to edit and download...that's taking your career very serious, and it is exemplary. Well done and thank you!!
Shawn, how was your weather in the Mexican Riv in March? We are booked on that trip for last week of March 2023. Also, did you happen to go on any whale watching excursions? if so, did you see any?

Just booked a cruise on this ship to Mexico in 2025!
If you know good BBQ and good Mexican food, avoid Los Lobos and Q...all of the others are either good or really good...but not those 2...our second trip on Bliss is May 2022, the ship is awesome...fingers crossed that everything sails by then.

We are going on the bliss in December. So if I have made notes correctly the Taste, Savour and Manhattan are all complimentary as well as the Garden Buffett? Which restaurants share the same menu?

I’m an hour into this and it seems like other than the buffet and MDR everything is a specialty dining up charge and that’s going to annoy the heck out of me. Are there any free options besides the buffet and MDR?

I'm so upset with ncl they offer you the opportunity to upgrade your room by bidding but don't inform you when all upgrades are no longer available. I bid on the spa room and read not to purchase the spa package in case I get the upgrade but now the spa package is no longer available. I've been trying to book specialty dining reservations for over 2 months now but it says you can only book after you check tgere is a place to resetve at the elevators 2 days out we called ncl and they said they are booked up so we purchased the dining upgrade for nothing¡!!!!!!!!!!!!
As nice as this looks , I'd think it'll look a lot more appealing when more passengers are present .

update:...don't bother with the racetrack...you're at the mercy of the slowest driver on the track and it's almost impossible to pass...so you just putt around...plus, people got splattered with some kind of dirty oily water that stained their shirts...not worth the cost IMO...kids might still like it...last time we sailed was right after COVID...only about 1900 people on board...now that was nice...going again in May 2025...its our favorite cruise and ship.
starbucks is so arrogant it's never included in drink packages.
They have terrible coffee anyway, lol.

Love the ship tour but the music is very obnoxious and very distracting listening to the tour. Thank goodness once u got off the deck it was better.
Detailed tour indeed, but I had a hard time getting through over an hour of you saying "AS WELL". It may be minor to some, but it drove me nuts. A family member walked by and watched for 5 minutes before making the same comment. Just something to be aware of. It's a distraction to such a detailed tour of a beautiful ship.
