You reminded me about my conversation with my dying granddad. I asked him did he have a good life. And he confirmed he had a good one even though he was a war survivor. He was happy he had a satisfying job as a judge and a family. His words convinced me that is worth to put your energy into the job you love and look after your family. These are my highest values as well.

Love his books but he could still improve his public speaking skills. Maybe that's because he's not speaking in his native tongue, which is Norwegian. On the other hand, he sounds very sincere. Anyway, great and applicable content -- like the idea of how small decisions eventually lead to big impacts.

There is huge gap between an American speaker and a Scandinavian speaker. I took this example because many stunning speaker are American. In America communication skills are very well practised and people are extroverted, mean while in Scandinavia we are a bit different. Of course he might speak more fluent when he is speaking Norwegian. But I see your point anyway, just saying.

    或許他的英文不夠流暢,但是語言只是用來溝通交流的,我能感受到他所要表達得東西就好了,要不然換你上來試試
