@@nenehoward8629 I read somewhere that her ex said “she” had intimacy issues. 🙄 Well, he was her first boyfriend, her WHOLE husband and I feel it was his job as her husband to guide her to be where he wanted them to be with their intimacy. Instead, he chooses to find his jollies elsewhere. So, that was him cheating and blaming her. 🤔 I think this is why she was vocal on the show for the guys to show up for her, fight for her, not walk away.
I wasn’t a huge fan of him at first because he seemed so closed off but honestly, the last two episodes really showed his character. They look super cute together
I felt the same way! Maybe their connection was getting obvious so producers didn’t show much of Zac showing his true self on camera.

The thing is that they would've never cast Zac if the recasting that took place to suit Clare never happened. I also think that since the men came in to be with a 39-year-old woman, they were already pretty mature to begin with. Either way, I loved this season with Tayshia and hope to see more real, non-influencers on the show.

EXACTLY. thats why i rooted for him. it was clear to me that they mutually respected and supported each other in a way that is a green flag for a long lasting relationship. No jealousies, posssessiveness, distrust. Zac had faith in Tayshia all along and relationships require such faith.
Yes. And that man had a way with words to add to his thoughtfulness, charisma and swag. Both Brendan and Ivan were going on about wanting her first Fantasy Suite date and were uneasy that she might be with another later. Well, did they forget that NONE of the relationships were exclusive? Zac ALWAYS got that. He was so mature and forward thinking about this being about Tayshia, not Brendan and Tayshia or Ivan and Tayshia. He also said he understood that she should do whatever she needed to do to find her husband. I’m sure when they watched the show later she and her family was pleased with how protective he was for her in his confessionals . Heck even as he was walking up to her to propose, he said he understood she might say no or pick another guy. But when he said he had done everything in his power to be there in that moment and that he owed it to her to do this without fear, I was like, this man is a dream! I was swooning...

And it was so powerful to me that I rewatch their last movements up to and including the proposal in my spare time.😂 For him to say he did everything in his power to be there was telling me that EVERYTHING he did from making the wish in the fountain to everything that followed was him speaking it into the universe (as he steadily progressed his relationship with her) to be the last man standing. I was so proud of him as he walked up to Chris from the limo. I wanted Chris to say from 31 men to 1...many look at him and are still salty because they remain caught up in aesthetics. The “she looks better with Ben, Ivan or Brendan” crowd! 🙄 It’s far more than looks that sustains a relationship.

I so agree! I’ve watched multiple Bachelor/Bachelorette seasons. Tayshia’s season and choosing Zac, by far exceeds all others!
First of all, let us all give due credit to Clare. Had she not known and chosen who she wanted right away, we wouldn't even had the chance to have the lovely Tayshia as the lead. It was nice to see 2 deserving bachelorettes that had interesting background stories (age for Clare and divorce for Tayshia) and were absolute boss ladies in knowing what they want.
Of the final 4, Zac has always come across as the most mature, grounded guy. While the other guys were either doubting themselves or being too assured of themselves in what they felt they had, zac was confident enough about his relationship with Tayshia, but was still realistic about it as it never escaped him that anything could happen. His proposal is hands down the BEST ARTICULATED and MOST SINCERE speech I have heard from any guy on the show. It was just equal parts of levity and gravity. It's the only one that has effectively moved me to tears.

I love the way Zac talked with Tayshia’s Father. Just like the proposal, he nailed it. I also love that the Bank called Zac’s Dad when he went in with his check. ❤️🤣 I’m sure it wasn’t funny at the time. Zac’s Dad is a sweetheart.

Clare was the absolute worst bachelorette. I wouldn't be surprised if her and boy toy don't last a year. I think Tayashia should of been the bachelorette from the very beginning. Tayashia set a huge bar as the best bachelorette ever. I'm so happy she got her happy ending.

I just don't think Clare gave any of the men a fair chance, and then the way she treated them men was absolutely disgusting. I'm so glad Tayashia came in and saved the season. I think Tayashia was one of there best leads. All I'm saying is Clare was a huge disappointment in my opinion. I thought with her age, and with her being on several shows that she would be an awesome bachelorette but I was wrong. I look at this as Clare/Tayshia season of the Bachelorette. Clare took her man out the bunch and ran. Tayshia however went through the process and blew it out the water. I loved how she narrowed it down to Zac. Her words "I know now what I have to do". And there leaves Zac. I was worried for him but towards the end he stepped it up and sealed the final rose. Best of love to you both💘

True. Clare may not have treated the men the best, but it's her journey - she did what she set out to do and figured out she had no business wasting everybody else's time, which gave way for another equally deserving bachelorette.

Best Bachelorette. Best group of men. Best season ever! Being quarantined to La Quinta really helped keep things a little bit more “real”. Also, let’s not forget that the majority of the men who lasted the longest were all from the original group of men when the season started with Claire. So... whatever the producers did to select men for Claire, they need to keep doing THAT.
