Hey Cliff, thanks for your great videos, I've learned a lot about IRL streaming from you! Hope to be using IRL Pro in Asia this year and now I'm tempted to grab this set of Ulanzi mics! I saw the Twitchcon clip in here, which one did you go to? Are you going to Twitchcon 2024 SD by chance?
Thank you so much, glad to help. The Ulanzi mics are great value for what they do in the perfect form factor. I went to the Twitchcon in Vegas, 2023. I’m still paying off that trip so it’s very unlikely I’ll be going this year but you never know. Anything can happen between now and then 🤷♂️ thanks again!
@@cliffcreates Do you know if you can seamlessly switch from android's built-in mic to this ulanzi mic while live on IRL Pro? I was thinking of using the built-in one normally and then switch to this inside of a noisy restaurant. Would love to hear your expertise, thank you!
@@hydrasung in the quick menu options for ScP but it seems you’ll have to yank it in/out for IRL Pro until they add the functionality to switch audio sources at some point
i used this microphone and i think is totally true . but i returned and bought NEEWER CM28 mics. because i can use with my camera and with iphone /android phones too.
I had a look at the Neewer mics on their website, they look nice and the design language reminds of what Rode & DJi are doing. Lots of great features although I still prefer the compact nature of the Ulanzi's but I am curious if the Neewer receiver can do pass-through charging?
yes they do. that's is a requirement for me. because i always use power banks on IRL streaming

@@klikker not yet, especially for the price. I'd actually love to find a wireless mic set with the same design, audio quality, wind shields and limiter. I think it'd be the perfect mic
