Most media is now strictly editorial. Real journalism was founded on ideas of objective skepticism, and the gathering of facts to back up a story. But we don't want that, or rather, we don't want to PAY for that. So Rupert Murdoch turned it into entertainment. He gave us huge echo chambers of 100% editorializing: Gathering up our own opinions, dipping them in drama, and feeding them back to us. And as long as we continue spooning it up, they'll keep serving it. Go to Reuters or Associated Press.

Unfortunately now you have to look at multiple media outlets and throw out opinions while doing investigation in order to get closer to the reality. From what I’ve seen, Reuters is the most consistent in getting close to the truth, but you have to make sure you pay close attention to the language.

Even the title - “rambling”…. Did they actually listen to the speech? He touched on all of the important points that matter to voters in this election cycle, recounted his near assassination and consistently called for the unity of all Americans. It was brilliant… as a classically liberal (now centrist) person, his speech was warm, funny, sincere and very compelling. It is clear that these commentators have got long held dislike for him and as a result they are being very disingenuous.
Exactly, I listened to the entire speech. No matter what side of the fence you stand, the only way to find fault is because you have to hate him. I thought these reporters were supposed to just report and remain neutral.
