Reversed regex and these are the mods. Made a short summary for those interested.
Absolutely avoid:
Monsters reflect #% of Elemental Damage --> Can be mitigated by sextant or charms.
Monsters have #% chance to Avoid Elemental Ailments --> You deal no damage.
Players have #% less Recovery Rate of Life and Energy Shield --> feels like no regen.
Players cannot Regenerate Life, Mana or Energy Shield
Doable but why. Resistances will be down to 70ish :
-#% maximum Player Resistances
Players have #% reduced effect of Non-Curse Auras from Skills
Manageable:
Monsters gain #% of Maximum Life as Extra Maximum Energy Shield
Players gain #% reduced Flask Charges
Players have #% less Area of Effect

Thank you for the run-through both on stream and creating this video for further reference. I have been putting together this build using some of the older POBs and got mixed up a bit between the versions. This really helped explain the "why" behind the build differences to let me get a build up and running properly! I'd like to still stick with Penance Brand of Dissipation instead of RF, but otherwise this gives me a clearer starting point to aim for as I level and start farming for upgrades!
Yeah the penance brand version is so sweet. I might try the Vaal fireball one again to be honest
I put together the whole build head to toe with really good rolls in a couple of days with less divines than it would have taken me to add two arrows to my TS build.

When in juiced maps it's hard to cast Vaal Breach for finishing off big rares because you get hit and stunned then the stun interrupts your cast of Vaal Breach. Use a synth implicit shield on weapon swap in offhand with UNWAVERING STANCE.

Another way to cut costs is to place your elegant hubris near mind over matter and then use an impossible escape to get the nearby chaos res / shock avoidance nodes.
get impossible escape for pain attunement for 19 chaos res, poison and bleed avoidance, +2 corpses for desecrate, life regen when consumed a corpse, 15 life for enemy killed, 4% life recoup,, 7% inc. life. Big!

After checking the tree a bit, I know its very minor, but we can save 1 point with traveling, the 2 strength nodes used for traveling between "protection mastery" and "proficiency" can be removed and one strength node can be taken near the "Stun Mastery" traveling. This frees a point up so we can take the jewel socket near "endurance" and potentialy grab a corrupted blood immune + a few helpful stats.

I got fulcrum when it was 16d and cloak of flames for 30c. Crafted a cluster with just fan the flames myself and grinded to keep acquiring more pieces. You can get it going for pretty cheap and just scale it.
That's how I got it going. Just did 50 T7 Maps with gilded abyss scarabs and rolled sextants until I got beyond with the sextants I found.
What do you level up as?
@@fargnbastage leveled with RF and fire trap. Still went chieftain. I think I used rolling magma / holy flame totem + summon phantasm / fire wall until RF felt good enough

Hello everyone, I have a little problem I bought a corrupted cloak of flame and what is the easiest way to get 4red 1 blue 1 green ? Spamming tainted chrome?
Bodyswap combustion life tap either with cwdt or not is a good way to alway apply combustion
Dropped a mageblood/headhunter and have a progenesis what changes would you make to build around those items? Thanks, build looks good.
The MB would likely allow you to boost a gold flask, which would offset dropping Bisco's (I think), plus then free speed and extra tank. Prog + Defiance is unkillable outside of the most niche, absurdly down bad stupidity. However, you want to use Divination Distillate unless I'm mistaken, so you have to make sure to take some damage and you'd technically only have three free slots for gold + 2 flasks unless you skip Prog.
what are the upgrade possibilities on the build plz ? Whithout mageblood
this will be long but it will be worth to read for newer players, or really anyone who needs advice on how to get into something like this, but doesnt have the money for something like this YET. not to take anything away from the video, i love travic and he makes awesome guides and i love the content, been subbed since literally his first poe video, and not coming at him in any way with this, this is just advice to help players.
but a lot of people think that you have to spend x amount of currency to be able to do x strategy, and most of the time that just isnt the case. now like he said, can you play a "mageblod build" without a mageblood? obviously not, if you could it wouldnt be called a "mageblood build" but, me personally, i am no pro poe player, i have been playing on and off since delve but i have never even killed a pinnacle boss outside of eater and exarch, i buy the carries and keep mapping, but like this league for example, by day 2 i had dropped 1div and used it to reroll and was instantly able to complete my atlas not spending any money on that character after that 1div. and with that 1div (which 1div worth of gear is not the same as 1div worth of gear week 2) but i was able to do low juice t16 while also doing the league mechanic. i was using chains of command as my build, now could that build do this juiced strategy? no. but could it do something close to this? for sure. as long as you find a build that is made by a trusted build maker, that isnt someone like mathil or an equally popular youtuber who as soon as they upload a video every item in the build is over 10x as expensive to buy because people buy out the market then price gouge the gear, and isnt something like tornado shot that like 20% of players are using so the gear is expensive, it is very easy to do these strategies on a much lower budget.
i was doing almost this exact strategy day 4ish, and by that time i had like 7div and a few hundred chaos left over that i then used it to reroll into deaths oath caustic arrow magic finder. (now by this point i had spent like 20div trying splitting steel that failed horribly and that was all i had left over since the gear i crafted was too expensive to resell at that point) but the point is like i said before, you dont need x build to do x mechanic or spend x amount of money on a build to do x mechanic. but dont take that to mean you can spend 20 chaos on a build and do 100% deli maps, not how that works. but do you need 80div to do juiced abyss? absolutely not. you just need to look through youtube at build videos, then look at poe.ninja and see how people are making the same build, and its very easy to find cheaper gear alternatives for literally every build in the game.
hopefully that helps, now despite all that. i am not knowledgeable enough to help with anyones build, or am able to recommend a build for a specific budget to do this. please look to travics discord, everyone in there is super nice and helpful, and will be able to help you, im just a guy looking to give advice for those who need it. but i still will answer any questions i can if anyone has any.

Glad you made this video. Hopefully gives the new ppl building fulcrum an alternative. The argument I made was fulcrum was to expensive for entry and it’s nice to be proven wrong on it. I will say my perspective on why I thought it was insanely over priced was because it cost me 40 divs t build and when I sold it I made 120 divs (that’s with fulcrum and defiance not sold). But def a great video for ppl who need alternatives ! 10/10 video
What blue altars can we not run? I know you mentioned PDR and Endurance Charges but is there anything else to keep an eye out for?

Do you mean when can you start playing it in maps ? If so once you can put the gear on, just blast some blight maps and get some levels
damn , bit overkill i think. did the build with cast on stun(bloodnoch ext), cost me like 5-6 div , running desecrate/DD/firestorm of meteor(for fun) all on 4 link. shreds everything. exept bosses XD

I know I’m late, but if you could help me. I recently became an unkillable god with this build, but anything under 6k wisps I leave with no divines. I’m running abyss spire t16 jungle valleys with blue altars, full winged setup and beyond abyss sextant. What am I doing wrong? Is there a better farming strat for this build? Getting 6k + wisps is not happening often enough for super juicing to make me returns on my investment.

Why not just use a Deli orb instead of doing the Deli map device so you can do Abyss on map device instead?
What is your trick to not kill the spire with the explode mobs ? Even with pull it finishes off by ignite the tower and kill it too soon
Some have suggested a weapon swap to cold iron point but I haven’t personally tried it. After a bit I just ended up swapping abyss to legion to be honest

pantheon does not make shock immune, it reduces the effect. shock avoidance on a elegant hubris is not expensive and an abyss with 30% + life is craftable with alterations in like 2 minutes. and there are plenty of ways to cap chaos res (flask, Asylum, Tolerance with Impossible Escape at Pain Attunement), small cluster with 35% in. effect and 3 nodes, etc.
Yup! I have tried to echo this exact point in stream and some people always think there is only one way to do things.
Does reduced shock effect grant immunity though? I thought it was only avoidance that did.
If the effect is 0 it doesn’t grant immunity it just has no effect. You don’t want to be fully ailment immune on this build tho but you want to negate the effects of them
What else i should pick for sextant beyond cost so much.. abby, strongboxes, magic pack size or what?
I think it’s really worth the cost cause of how much it adds to the map, if you can’t afford the sextant then I would click it on the map device

It should work as soon as you can equip the gear but you will still need to level a bit in like blight or something

I've made this build, but I'm noticing very low damage. It's true that I have level 17 gems leveling up without the awakened ones, but the rest is identical. Could it be that the build has low damage and I can't kill bosses?
It needs Vaal breach to kill bosses in maps, I actually explained and showed in this video that you can’t do big rares without having an ignite on you and I skip the boss too.
Do you roll your maps for additional projectiles?
When I was doing abyss I just bought 8 mod maps with 2 proj on them
You can run Ele Reflect Maps without being ele reflect immun i dont know how but it does not kill me i tried it cause you have it in the regex for maps you cant run the tal d!

That is only if you want to magic find, if you want to not use magic find you can get real rings, gloves boots and belt

Fulcrum reverts to you the ignites you do, so you walk as a torch to spread those ignites, the longer you keep those ignites on you the less time you have to reignite yourself

How do I stop the spyre to die from the ignite too fast? As soon it start to lose life he just die from ignite
I’ve been told that you could swap to cold iron point and a shield, the shield from searing Exar and that should help. I haven’t tested it yet.

Its the same thing templar or maurader, you path the same way and do the same thing. You just go to the bow area grab bow nodes and shoot stuff
How are you supposed to get the correct colors/links for the chest armor if it has to be corrupted to get the aura gem implicit?
Tainted chromatic orbs make it super easy. Same for the links tainted jewelers and fusings

How do i get 5 off color sockets on a currupted +2 aura chest? Isn't it extreme expensive with tainted chromatics?
Tainted chromes don’t follow the normal rules of the chest. They can roll any color

@@rowo89 Jewlers and fusings are the same, set the item to 4sock/link, hit with a jewler if it goes 3, hit again, if it goes 2, press 4 socket on the bench. For fusing, click to 4, if it goes 5 click to 6, if it goes 3 click 4 on the bench then try fusing again
Almost full unique build, lets go! 😅doesn't get more copy paste than that. Sad part of this league though is once you have a good MF char it feels pointless to play anything else because I was going to play a fulcrum build but my PBoD turned out a lot better than I thought.
Man let me tell you when I found out gold oils were 2 div for 3 and corrupted oils were pushing 4 divines. I have never almost alt f4 magic find so far. Even maven writs right now are closing in on 3 div. The prices of everything are so insane that its not a bad idea to explore all kinds of options.

I had a mageblood, but on top of that I spent roughly 60d to get this build up and running with all the bells and whistles a few days ago. 10/10 build for juice. 0/10 for anything that is not mapping.
Yeah it’s really designed to just blowup maps and get moving. It’s insane for blight btw. Probably the best blight farmer or top 5 easily
What the best way to level up chieftain ?? Do u plan to add the explode chance charm.. look like 5% is pretty neat as well
The description has a section for how I leveled it and a video you can follow. As far as charms go, explode charms are really nice, +2 max fire res is really nice, there are plenty of good options. The goal for this was to make it more on the bare bones basics of how to play it.

Varies day to day sadly on the cost of sextants and such. It’s scary tho how much you profit doing it so I just pay it

@@Travic_ when I was still trying to optimize for survivors guilt memories the deaths were just unacceptable. By the time I switched to phaaryls instead I had already sold off my fulcrum again. Got rid of that thing like it was cursed before the price went back down, Idk if it has or not but I definitely don't regret it. Combining pb of diss with DD of scavenging as well as some chieftain explode is just comfy for super juicy content compared to worrying about running out of portals from random stuff, I even had freeze immune, unaffected by shock, so much more but still just random popped. Almost feels like random reflect maybe from the brands but yea way tankier and just as good damage and clear for probably half the price to just focus penance brand of dissipation and detonate dead (either chain reaction or scavenging, maybe switching to chain for bosses with desecrate)
may i ask why self ignite with that staff?? what is the purpose??
To self ignite with the staff and become a human torch. You get to stack 500% ignite on you and just run and explode everything

2:54 is not really overpriced, if you want to check the rest of the mods, double rarity and mana reservation essence mod. Essences are super expensive this league and you got an open prefix for max life craft on it... so 10 div or better more is realistic

Boosted Purity of Fire, corrupts on gear, or Max Fire Res on charms would be my guess.

I just leveled with a generic one with nothing build until 68 then swapped to this build, prioritising defence over damage on the passive tree. Maps are more than possible but you need levels until juicing can be done.
What you mean "priced high" there are zero words written anywhere about the prices in that PoB?
They are in the video :). Also the prices were from weeks ago and hence have changed. You will have to reprice things out. For example Fulcrum went from 20+ div to 5

tried Allie's version of this build, when you pick up winter weave, death rush and bisco you become so utterly unstoppable, I'm carrying 5 people in a juiced 120q 3xgold,silver,opal blighted ravaged t16 burial chambers map effortlessly, I think my most expensive item was a charm, but I bought the fulcrum at 12 div, worse yet, I found 2 fulcrums day 2 and 3 playing heist sold for 6 and 8 divs just to buy one for 12 on day 10 :(
I hope they don't destroy this build, it's genuenly a monster in most content, it's singlehandedly made me over 150 divines in a week

3.23 - "60 Divines" a Budget build.
In todays market and how fast people are making 15+ div a hour doing almost anything, it becomes budget very quick. The bar for budget imo has moved drastically. If you are having trouble making currency or need help finding a strat that suits you we can help get you to where you need to be!

I have not looked into the notes for 3.24 and if this would be affected by it. You would need to do some research. Also 3.24 is ending in 1 week and 3.25 patch notes are dropping today after the live stream. So I would hold off on any decisions you are making until you know how the game will be changing in like 3 hours.

What the hell do you consider a BUDGET build because noobs like me don't even have 10 div.
Well, lets ignore the noob part and lets find a way to help you look at 50 div and kekw it. There are plenty of good farming strat this league that can easily make you 15-20 div a hour. If you want like for example you can open and close tier 1 glacier and tier 2 dunes maps that are scoured white. Run them using essence on the map device from 7th gate and all the essence nodes on your atlas tree and make an insane amount of profit. I have a video on this! You can also join the discord and well help you find a strat suitable to your playstyle / build just post in the poe channel and ask some questions
bruh ive only ever gotten 4 div in 3 weeks
Bruh you can run blighted maps and sell 3 golden oils for 2 divines or silvers for a metric ton or 1 tainted oil for a giga ton. You can run essences too and make a killing or boss rush. Plenty of strats are 20+ div a hour. I would suggest joining the discord and hanging out in the poe channel and talking about things you can do and we can help you make some good currency.

You can with tainted fusings! It’s really easy (luck pending). I corrupted all the chest I find while magic finding and if I hit link them and sell for profit

Ya but if you have ea totem you can farm blight and sell corrupted oils for 4 div each or go farm essence and sell them in bulk for divines and make like 15 div a hour. The bar for what budget is moved so far because of how much currency each strat can make imo

@@Quiestre Your doing Tier 1 Glacier map, full essence atlas tree, scoured map, essence on atlas device, opening the map killing the 3 essences and leaving right? Doing each map in ~1 minute? Because if no then your not doing it correctly or most efficiently. But your are supposed to open glacier, with all the essence nodes and essence on the map device. Blitz the map 30-60 seconds , 1 tap the essence get a hour or 2 worth of essences, upgrade them to deafening and sell in bulk in divine. Also dont forget to corrupt the good ones
@@Travic_ Im doing it wrong then I first of all have no more t1 maps ran out. I have all essence nodes, when you say scoured maps do you mean white? Im doing white until I run out. I do clear most of the map tho for some exp
I cant one tap the essence it takes a bit depending on how many essences the mob has

basically my tree is only essence/deli/beast and you should never run out of map, i have only 6 slot favorite map and without even picking every map i end with my tab full of map(favorite map are glacier and dune map since they are linked both and are quick)
i run mostly white map but if the map is blue or yellow i dont bother wasting scouring and run it as it is.
probably over 4div and hour and my build is like at most 5div worth of gear even less lol (came back from a break but had a character lv 92 which i played for 3 day at league start)
with a strong and faster build i could actually run t16 instead of t1 and farm some invitation at the same time + guardian map which would probably be over 6div/hour easy
