    This is true sportsmanship that carlsen and other GM 's doesn't have.. he teaches what mistakes the opponent did and what are the probable moves the opponent could make..

      He's not "teaching" anything. It's a pretty regular post-mortem like every other GM, Carlsen included, do after a game.

    Vishy won but I cherish the dedication this young player had... amazing and spectacular indeed
    The fighting spirit he showed was inspiring

    I like the chess players language. They just whisper vishy vishy
    Vishy vishy and run their fingers on the board.

    If Artemiev took rook by rook equal did Anand win? or it would be a draw?

    • @chessonline4848

    Who is this old Indian man blasting out his moves at lightning speed while his young Russian opponent, half his age, ponders and ponders!? Oh the technique in this game! But why was that woman farting around at the window in the last minute?

  • @marcostrujillo1492

    #suggestion Chess Base team, when will you start showing the board in perpendicular 2D board? What's the sense when viewers can't interpret the board and moves. Very poor.

    He just blundered coming to the end half of the game

    • @tonymiller6847

      No he played timidly when he should have challenged Vishy's aggressive g4 with Nh4!

    • @albertopulido4267
      @albertopulido4267 Před rokem

      @@tonymiller6847 I think even the fun move Nf5 after cxd4, cxd4 with the queen entering either on g5 or h4 with the knight pinned on f3

  • @tonymiller6847
    @tonymiller6847 Před 2 lety

    Artemiev didn't have the courage of his convictions and zigged when he maybe should have zagged. He spoiled his chances to get his King to safety on either side by R C8 and not playing N H5 when he was threatened by Anand's G4.

    • @tonymiller6847
      @tonymiller6847 Před 2 lety

      He'd do better now with 3 more years of experience against top players. He's almost as good as Dubov now.
