The new Five Nights at Freddy's DLC, Ruin, has only been out for a week, but my team and I have hunkered down ever since to try and solve everything we can, not just about Ruin, but Security Breach and the history of the Mega Pizzaplex as well! Are we right?

A few more interesting details about the Prototype:
-The Prototype writing is not the only change on his foot - the entire model is different, it matches Monty's.
-Notice how the green gift also connects Monty and Prototype
-We also have this line from Freddy:
"I have never been allowed in here before... this must be where I was born. Look at all the endos! They're all the same. Have I always been a Freddy? Am I Monty with a different shell? What if, I am not the first Glamrock Freddy? Are there more of me at other pizzerias? Do we all feel the same? Am I special? If I am mass-produced, am I still art?"
These connections do not seem to be a coincidence, especially since any details that would help figure out if this is our Freddy are missing (Monty's claws and purple bowtie). They wanted us to question whether this was the real Freddy or not, but there would not be a need for this if it was.
There's also this unused line:
"I hear what some guests say about me. Bad things happened in the past. But that was not me. Those were older models - Flawed. I would never hurt anyone. You know that, right?"
The line was removed but what if they kept the idea?
There is also a connection to Bonnie - the AR Golden Bonnie plush has this description: "A prototype?"
Seems sus.

ID's Fantasy had a similar idea. Namely saying that it was a Prototype Model that was replaced after it had gone haywired and attacked Bonnie at Gator Golf. Which makes sense, as Monty clearly dislikes Freddy and has been skipping band practice to go to the Catwalk for some reason. Its because he's looking for Bonnie. Unaware of how the Blue Bunny was taken to the hidden room in Bonnie Bowl.
And regarding the Damage thet the Prototype has, its from Monty having activated the Hurricane Hole In One Bucket to stop him from completely destroying Bonnie. I mean, do you remember what had happened when the Hurricane Bucket was used against Monty? He was badly damaged. So the Prototype getting damaged and losing his head is highly likely.
Of course, Freddy having memories of Bonnie in the Pizzaplex can be explained away. The memory and personality chip he has was originally the Prototype's. After all, it is easy to move it from one model to the next. I mean, placing a casing onto a new Endo was stated to be possible by Vanessa is Security breach. So why wouldn't the hardware be able to be moved around a bit?

One of my biggest questions, is how did the walkie-talkie get behind the cement wall?
Questions I still have.
1. Why were Gregory and Vanessa the only ones we see and know that are corrupted by glitchtrap/mimic, like where’s tape girl and what happened to silver parasol games other members, and were their others who got infected.
2. Where are all the other workers inside the pizzaplex and why is Vanessa the only security guard.
3. How did Roxy reactivate after mimic tells Cassie to shut her down.
4. What does mxes stand for.
5. Was the mimic the one who cut the elevator.
I think I can answer 2 and 5;
2) From the messages we find out that the company doesn't treat its employees well, but there are also hints of something more going on:
"ATTENTION EMPLOYEES - Good news! Due to the success of the S.T.A.F.F. project, we will no longer need nighttime employee coverage. We will be reducing nighttime hours effective immediately. Enjoy the additional time spent with your families."
From this, we can assume Vanessa really is the only human in there besides maybe Gregory (at least during the night). We know someone wants her there (probably the Mimic) so she is not going to lose her job. It is also better for the Mimic if the rest of the nighttime staff are robots - easier to control and no witnesses so its employee of the month can go around doing what she is told.
"Where is everyone? Leo was the only one who had a copy of the maze control key, but I haven't seen him for months. Maybe that creepy bot knows where the key is. Leo was supposed to train it to work the maze, instead he tricked the bot into doing busy work under the daycare theater. I'll check after the all staff meeting tonight."
So an employee disappeared for a month and others did not get notified? Seems odd considering he was also the only one with the copy of the maze control key - seems a bit important, you would think they would tell others if he got fired.
We also know Cassie's dad died, it is not confirmed that he died at work but let's be honest it is unlikely it was anything else.
And if you want the meme theory:
"REMINDER TO ALL EMPLOYEES - The all staff meeting is this Thursday night at 11:30PM. All 'service team' attendance is mandatory. There will be cake!"
Is this a funny way of confirming something has been luring and killing off employees in the Pizzaplex? Maybe...
5) It is most likely the Mimic. Gregory is not at the Pizzaplex so it would be difficult for him to do it, especially since he can barely communicate with Cassie. Mimic however is right in front of the battery that is connected to the elevator, it would be easy for it to do it. There is also the audio glitch before "Gregory" tells Cassie he can't risk her being followed and double subtitles both of which would imply the Mimic was the one behind the elevator falling.
On top of that, Gregory has no real reason to betray Cassie. If he wanted her dead he would not be trying to help her before meeting the Mimic. If he changed his mind after she met the Mimic there would be no need to explain anything to her or guide her to the elevator. He can just wait for the Mimic to do its thing.
what if before gregory was freed from glitchtrap's control, he was made to start deactivating the security nodes and what we saw in the mexes room was about as far as he got before he got freed. and everything else he did while under control was to GET access to that room

What if the prototype is Freddy’s old body but the reason “prototype” appears on his foot is because paint covering the word was scratched/damaged off.
Vanessa can easily tell Gregory about the Mimic and they all go back to stop him as Vanessa is shown to be able to remember and see what Vanny has done and the Burntrap ending can happen before Princess Quest because Princess Quest is the only 3 star ending meaning everything that Gregory could of done was done including stopping Burntrap and we know for a fact that the Burntrap ending is the true ending so that means the events have happened.

Also Glamrock Freddy’s body in the good Vanny ending was too broken to operate, which is why he was a head when Gregory recovered him. The Prototype is up and running. The damage was probably from the collapse of the building.
I'm gonna invoke MatPats question of "Would the answer be satisfactory from a storytelling perspective?" here. I don't think that an animatronic just bringing the bag down there is that.
I still think it makes more sense to link the clue of the bag with the other major object in the room; the MXES system. The fact that both are close together and basically revealed at the same time feels important, probably telling is that Gregory is involved with setting up MXES.
thank you i hated how everyone compared the prototype tag in the same line as monty teeth change or roxie face changing like our freddy being a prototype doesnt dramatically change thing about him and alot of theorys about freddy
Things I think would be cool for fnaf.
1. A 2d animated series.
2. A new graphic novel series.
3. New spinoff games with lore.
4. A fnaf game about the rival businesses of fazbear entertainment.
5. A fnaf game about Henry Emily and his whereabouts during fnaf 2 - 6.
6. A fnaf game about mrs afton and what she’s been doing.
7. A fnaf game about Edwin Murray.
8. A new guide book or survival logbook with non controversial lore and a timeline.
9. A fnaf reboot of all the past games to add new things and make any changes.
10. Warning: (this idea is personally my favorite but a lot of people with probably disagree), a fnaf game that’s set in a newly built version of fazbear frights called the horrorplex (bigger/better/scarier) and the star attraction is none other than William Afton himself, but instead of being a threat (whether by choice or perhaps by memory loss) he decides to try and change his ways and take down fazbear entertainment.
You know these theories are fire when younger Matpat had to time travel to be here

Finally someone who I can count as real theorist,but nobody else thought that,but I did notice that glamrock Freddy is not prototype obviously,but Gregory dint save Vanesa/canny, because I saw on the game archivist gameplay a looking vanny thing run ruin when Cassie spot her on Monty golf early when there's a purple grafiti vanny word on there,and Gregory could not leave without glamrock Freddy Fazbear, because glamrock Freddy could not leave the pizzeria for these reasons
1. glamrock Freddy would not leave his animatronics friends nor pizzeria
2. he would just die out of battery
3. He would be protecting other kids when Gregory leave
Also it's possible Gregory to visit the pizzeria because he can visits glamrock Freddy
And the princess quest thing is the prediction that Cassie is the princess and the virus/Mimic or afton is the monster and
candy cadet explain what it was the story and that a mom capture a monster and said to it's kid that do not open this door,but the monster truck the kid and the kid open the door and then something wrong happens after that
and then that's what happens to Cassie,and maybe the one who seal the mimic was Michael afton because the mimic is nothing related to Fazbear entertainment,and does not share any technology made by Fazbear or aftons inventions,and even the animatronic shells are way different for a mimic,and the mimic is like the most far thing nothing related to history yet,so the mimic backstory is super mysterious and yet not found,maybe some people in the books may found a posible andswer,but the mimic cannot be in the animatronic timeline sequen of the original events,but can happend on a different location,one of aftons rivals or other stuff

Honestly as awesome and much better as ruin was then the base game, it’s still super confusing that I just started writing my own rewritten version of security breach just to satisfy myself and make a less complicated and more interesting story, also it’s not a comic or anything i just write it for fun because I’m trash at drawing and editing, but maybe one day if I learn it can be.

You are better than game theory by far your theories are more reasonable than poppy playtime comes after breaking bad and Walter white is huggy wuggy

Though about Prototype Freddy, have you watched ID’s Fantasy’s Video?
While I mostly agree, the fact you say the Burntrap ending couldn't of happened is false as there's no confirmation of it and there's the same amount of evidence for it (or at least something similar) to of happened then it not happening which, imo, I find more damning then the evidence for it not to of happened.
Mostly everyone agrees that each of the 2 endings could of happened at different times.

I have theory that combines both endings but it make sense what if the callapse/afton/broken pizzeria ending and the princeess quest ending were they both take place in the same night now i kbow this doesn't make sense but here me out if it were true that lets say the princess quest ending it wouldn't make sense that a simple earthquake could do this much damage i mean there gotta be atleast somthing that support _everything_ underneath the pizzaplex aswell as protocals just in case that the pizzaplex was having an earth quake so it had to be two endings at the same time

3:16 you have to suspend disbelief though because you’re arguing that over the 10 years that Fnaf six was around all the earthquakes it didn’t cost to collapse but one random one did.
Utah has too many earthquakes a year for the pizza Plex which has seemingly been around for two years to not have experienced one before.
Meaning that it had to be the blob burrowing out which only could take place after a burn trap like ending. Where Afton was taken away because logically speaking Vanessa and Gregory will have to run into them if you want to believe princess question because we see Gregory down in the mimic which you have to get past burn trap.
Also I like how You’re believing the PR statements for faz bear Entertainment when they’re known to lie A lot and gaslight people
