    ABOUT THIS CHANNEL:
We, Nicholas Clark and Marlon Watts started this clothing brand with 12 t-shirts ($120). We turned those t-shirts into an apparel empire. After graduating college, we decided to step into our clothing company full-time. We created this CZcams channel to show the journey of building a brand. We create behind-the-scenes vlogs so you can see the life behind running a successful clothing brand. We also feature other clothing lines, streetwear brands, or any entrepreneur looking to create a clothing brand startup business.

Entire video was a jewel. One piece that stuck with me is on collaborating. You can't view collaborating as a quick way to get the bag. You need to present value as to why the collaboration is a good fit for both brands. That's a jewel.

I learnt a lot in this video. But what I learnt the most was doing pop shops. I started my brand after my dad passing and my story is all about trying to find the positive in a tough situation. I want to spread positivity as much as I can and let people know that everything will be ok and that everyone has it in themselves to keep pushing and keep working towards their dreams. I’ve had my online store for almost two years and I noticed that it wasn’t doing as well as it did when I just started. I then found you guys and you have helped me a lot. And in this video the pop shop strategy really stuck with me because I haven’t gone out and tried to sell in person. Mainly because I do orders on demand. But I think that’s the move I need to make in order to grow my brand and really spread the word of positivity to people around the world.

1)I learned that getting data from your customers is very important. It gives you someone to promote upcoming releases to,it helps with getting more sales,& getting you repeat customers.

straight gems throughout this whole video 🔥 a clothing brand owner starting all the way over from a previous brand what i took from this video is mindset especially when it comes to accepting the process that the business goes through as well as how to effectively start over with a kiosk and a winning product.

Another great video! I take a note from each one of y’all videos! Keep putting out great content! As usual the biggest take away from this video is making sure you’re hitting the ground with your sales as much as you’re focused on you’re E-commerce!

  • @kommasinc

I love the fact that marlon said I’m the reason my brand isn’t growing. That really spoke volumes

I learned to just change my mindset on what a sale really is talk to your customers tell them what your business is about and let them decide to buy or not don’t really think of it as a sales pitch but really just telling them about why your doing this going to implement this today

Breaking even is for data retention...Even though you may not make profit on the front end, you now have the database to market to on the back end, which is what will make your business. Plus, you now have product out on bodies to help build brand awareness. That's a gem.

I watched all the way through. I learned a ton. I’m a storyteller at heart and I feel like with my brand I failed at this. I’ve been set on using my name in the brand but I have a very unusual name lol. I’m a visual/hands on learner so my biggest take away came from seeing Nick set up his kiosk. The visual of his logo, more the heart with the glasses, is identifiable. I need to find a way to do that with my current logo or launch a new DBA and change the name of the business to one of the drops I’m working on.
