The sitcom wouldn't have been the same without Niles💛
💯 % That's why it was dissapointing not to have him at the reunion they said was done in Fran's home. Don't know what problem they had but they should have made an effort to patch things up with him after the success of the show. I'm sure they could have arranged a date that would work for him too incase they use the " he was busy with another engagement " excuse.

Niles is such a parent!! That’s how you deal with a child who doesn’t want to listen; just tell them sweetly what you know they won’t want to hear and they will self correct. Thanks for these clips. Watching the Nanny now definitely gives me a greater appreciation for the show!😊❤️

See, that Nile's interaction with Gracie and Maggie is an example of why I missed the kids in the later seasons... this is season 5, jokes involving them became so rare...
They might have appeared less frequently due to real-life school work/studies, etc. Story-wise, their appearing less frequently is a sign of them becoming more independent.
The way that cop just nonchalantly grabbed his mug and poured himself a cup of coffee screams that he's dealt with people like Fran before.
Know the kind. Just pretend to listen. They feel better and you don’t have to pay full attention.

For those wondering how this ends, she tells the guy (offs teen so we don’t hear), how old she is, and he sends out a rescue car immediately. But then Max shows up and she hides behind Sylvia because she’s not supposed to be seen by the groom until the wedding day. XD
