    D3 & K2 with a multivitamin can lead to toxic levels of vitamin D. Blood tests with an s. Neuropathy type pain. Detoxification for months.😢

      ​@@ageless-coachand I'm suffered ckd and bones density my whole family 👪 sick transplant dialysis osteoporosis 😢parents died by Dr poisoned them with opioid narcotics drugs pain killer 💔 morphine injection 💉 lorazapam and hyoscyamine interacted speed their's dying process shut off their's heart and central nervous system put them to sleep every 4hr without food without water 💧 can't open eyes can't talk died from dehydrated wanted to sue Dr 💉 💧 😢 💔 and hospice nurses for poisoned killed my parents doesn't know what Dr did to them 😢but I knew she's being poisoned 😢

    When you mention Vitamin K, I think you meant Vitamin K2.

    Thank You for sharing this video. When I wake up I eat Oatmeal everyday, put flaxseed on, cinnamon brown sugar, blueberries on it some nut.
    I drink almond milk. I don't eat eggs cheese or dairy products. I heard they aren't good for the body. I feel much happier healthy and in better health...
    I eat everything you mentioned. Sometimes I have caffeine tea. I hope that tea is ok... 😊❤

      Moderation is the key. 1 oz once or twice of week from hard cheese is ok.
