Why did this LED floodlight fail? Can it be fixed? Should it be "fixed"?

Watch the video for all the reasons I say you should NOT repair these lights! *** I have had 5 out of 8 of these FAIL in the past 2 years. I'm fed up with these bargain lights and have investigated the cause to understand more specifically "why did it fail?".

Thanks for sharing. However these Chinese crap are not that expensive (<$10 each) to expose onself to a a potential electric shock, but I do recognise disposing of them create ome burden for landfills

Bridge with a resistor ? Other than that, all these LED lights seem to be run at a higher voltage than needed, which of course ensures replacement far sooner than one might imagine. But hey, if these LED lamps and bulbs ran to their potential, it'd mean hard times for those making the things ?
